Tema 6. Ejecución y extinción del contrato administrativo. En particular, la ecuación prerrogativas de la administración y garantías del contratista.
Tema 7. El procedimiento administrativo: concepto y principios generales. Fases de procedimiento. Derechos de los interesados.
Tema 8. Terminación. Obligación de resolver. Consecuencias de su incumplimiento: silencio administrativo y caducidad.
Tema 9. Los recursos administrativos. La suspensión del acto administrativo. Procedimientos alternativos de revisión.
Tema 10. La revisión de oficio de los actos y de los reglamentos. La revocación. La rectificación de errores.
