Great!!. This is without a doubt my favorite book that I've ever read it's a great read and has an amazing ending and keeps you thinking even if you dont like sports and my favorite all time book it's a must read!!!

Incredible. I read this for the first time in 6th grade, I'm now in 10th grade and still read it multiple times a year. Once you start reading you can't stop, so you can probably finish it within 2 days! GREATEST SPORTS BOOK EVER

Amazing.. I first read this book in 7th grade. Not because the teacher told but because it had some to do with baseball. I'm a girl do I play softball but the book made the same sense to me as it would a baseball player. Now I'm reading it again and I'm not a sophomore. Heart of a Champion (rating). This book was an outstanding book that taught the lessons of a teenage life and what goes on in their heads during situations like these. This book was probably one of the best books I have ever read in my life.

Excellent book. I first read this about 12 years ago, and in my mind this is the best book I have ever read. Everything from the story to the character development is perfect. Brings many memories back of my childhood and love for the game. Usually pick this up every year or so just to read it again. 10/10

Best book ever!. I first read this book in 5th grade. I absolutely loved it! This book remains my favorite book of all time. This book teaches people about friends, family and the power of sports! I am now in 10th grade and still read this book. To simply put it it is the best book ever!

Really like this book. I've never been into reading, but I read this book and I thought it was fantastic. It wasn't boring to me at all I love the sport and in a way it inspired me to work harder in sports.

Amazing book :). This is one that will stay with you. It is a great suspense book and keeps you thinking through the whole thing. Carl Deuker is my favorite writer and if you have read this you should read his other ones too!!! This book also gives many life lessons to kids. It is for all ages I love sports books and this is a great one I suggest ages 12-50...I am 14 and LOVED it!!!!!!!!!!!
