Gotta Love Savage. Not finished yet but an excellent book and well written, straight to the point.

Do people learn anything?. This guy's a nut case.

Seriously?. So if I say "The absence of evidence is not evidence of absence", that means i can make unsubstantiated claim after unsubstantiated claim with absolutely no evidence to back it up? I should just leave this alone and assume that reasonable people will see that this is garbage. But wait. No. Are there reasonable people left in this country? This book is just plain irresponsible. I quit. I give up. There is no hope as long as there are people like Michael Savage who are hell bent on stopping progress and destroying this country.

Take our country back. This is the best book in a long time. All of u who say savage and the readers of this book r racist are just not learned people. U slap your liberal crap all around and don't even realize the history of the world. Why don't u go study the ussr history and then call savage a racist or me. I'm part native American and white so call me a names u liberal scum because if u only study history u would realize America is the best country in the history of this planet. Liberal communist slam me back if u could be time warped to Lennon days u would be killing all the farmers and business owners screaming we the working class. U r the hatred not savage or me.

Stupid arguments. The author is a great comedian. Here is how he prove Obama is a fool: his case (he to his boat) is similar to Obama case (Obama to American), and he is a fool, so Obama is a fool. Really enjoy the author slap himself in the face. The book is really a fun thing to read, but the book itself is cheap and I'll have to give it 1 star.

Great book Dr S. Don't believe the negative reviews, they are obvious shills for the radical left. just time for one example, I'm no fan of Bush but he didn't run up the deficit you morons! The left took Congress in 2006 and Pelosi and Reed have tripled the deficit since then. The repubs weren't much better between 01 and 06 but hhe current leaders are hypocritical thieves.

Don't Listen to Idiots. If the idiots who are leaving 1 star ratings would actually read the book, maybe they wouldn't be so stupid. Don't listen to them. Savage is telling it like it is!

Mental Health Crisis. Until we emptied our mental institutions onto our streets, Mr. Savage would have had the nice padded cell and generous dose of antipsychotics that he so desperately needs. What a waste of time and money. I feel violated! Yuck!

Read the book before you rate. Liberal twits...

Truth. Using logic and fact, Savage presents his case against Obama and his socialist agenda. Though a much better talk show host than a writer, he can make you laugh and make you think at the same time. He tells a story in his own unique way and presents facts to persuade his readers. Everything in this book is meticulously notated.

Great read!!. Could not put this book down! I think every American should read this one.

Savage keeping fear alive. More mindless nonsense by rush savage. While his the top has gotten more wealthy, he is out scaring white males and telling them Obama is out to get them. No facts, no truth but boy will he rile up the readers. Take a pass and just accept the summation, Obama is bad, give me money and vote for the Tea Party.

smh at half of the one stars. about half the one star reviews have less than 10 words in their review which means theyre just trying to slant the review. anyway, i like the parts of the book he reads on the show.

Why?. There's no need for so much hate. Savage is like Glenn Beck, a ruthless self promoter whose understanding of macro-economics extends only to his own book sales and radio listeners.

What a load of BS. This book is plain and old fashioned propaganda. I don't even like Obama and after reading this book, I feel bad for the guy. All this mess started and was caused during 8 years of republican ruling and that's a fact.

Why afraid of your own name Michael?. Michael Alan Weiner delivers another "savaging" of reality. Devoid of pesky things like facts or truth. If you are a natural born hater this is the book for you.

Long time listener, first Savage book I've purchased. I've listened to Michael for maybe 4-5 years now, but I have never purchased one of his books. After reading TUP, I'm wondering why. What an intelligently written, witty, dead-on account of what's happening to Americans in America by our leftist leaders in Washington. Most chapters or sub-chapters begin with Michael speaking of his childhood growing up, and boy is he an amazing story-teller. There are sections I have bookmarked and made a note that I want MY children to experience many of the things Michael experienced as a child growing up on New York. Building a scooter out of scrap wood because it was all his family had? I have the money to buy any scooter for my kids, but after reading his accounts, I'm determined to recreate this broken, barely held together by nothing more than a couple rusty nails scooter myself. Thanks Michael for the great stories and more importantly, for making it easier to understand exactly what is going on in our country today. This IS an essential read for all, left, right, and middle.

Next. The only guy in America who will tell you how it is!!!!!! Keep it up Dr.Savage

Why rate a book you didn't read?. The only anger and hate I found associated with this book is from reading the one star reviews. Some of those are nasty hate filled people who's only aim is to slant the review rating. This is supposed to be a book review not a public outlet for your personal political agenda, so give the hate a rest. Like other forms of media if you don't like it or agree with it don't feel compelled to consume it or comment on it, just move on read and watch something you like instead.

Libs Can't Argue With Facts So They Name-call. Its astonishing. I love all these one star reviewers who haven't purchased the book. There is not one falsehood in the entire thing. Everything that is not Savage's own commentary is documented, numbered and can easily be researched by anyone with an internet connection. You liberals rating the book one star haven't even read it and you know you couldn't argue with it even if you did. So you resort to name-calling and attempting to defame this man who has the third most listened to talk show in the nation. America is center-right nation despite what you liberals think. Thats why you lost in 2010. Thats why Obama is leaving in 2012. That's why we, we true Americans, are taking our country back. We don't want to be saddled with $45 trillion dollars of debt for climate legislation that is supposed to stop a "problem" that does not exist. We don't want a visit to the doctors for a broken arm to turn into waiting at the DPS for a license. We don't want ILLEGALs getting free medicare, housing and jobs off of our dollars. Do you really want that? Do you want people who aren't even citizens effectively stealing your money so they can enjoy what you work hard for at no cost to them?
