Great read. Great book for those interested in getting into the proprietary trading world or those just interested in the behind the scenes workings of prop firms. Goes into great detail with real world stories from Mike's firm, SMB Capital, and gives insight as to what firms look for in their hiring process. Of course, also includes great educational material about reading the tape, finding trends, and being profitable in any environment. Definitely recommend for those new and experienced alike.
