All Tracie Peterson books. Tracie Peterson book series are great. I have read most of her books. They have history, reminder to have faith in God even in the toughest times. Not to give up. These are my kind of books

No real ending. It's a good book but a word of caution, the book does not end in any conclusion because there are 2 books after this one.

Horrible ending!. I feel like I wasted a lot of time on a good story with very interesting facts about the railroad but the ending was horribly disappointing. Felt as if someone said 'ok you have to wrap this up in 10 minutes'. Very very disappointed.

Distant Dreams. If I have ever read a book that needs a sequel this one sure does. In fact, after I finished Distant Dreams, I searched the web just in case there was a sequel. I didn't want the story to end. Even though it's a romance book, it is also about the beginning of the locomotive. I highly recommend this book! I promise you that you will love it and probably be ready for a sequel just like I am!

Distant Dreams. I really enjoy her novels. I learn much interesting history amidst delightful storylines and characters. Distant Dreams was no exception. I look forward to the next book in the series!

Distant Dreams. Ending killed me...

Fun book. I enjoyed the story about the sisters and how life was so different for women during that time in history. It was slow starting with so much talk of railroads and such unusual names, but once I got past the introduction to the characters it was a good book.
