The Doctrine of Fascism by Benito Mussolini Book Summary
Benito Mussolini (1883-1945) needs no formal introduction, gaining global notoriety in the mid-20th century as an Italian politician who led the National Fascist Party in Italy and being one of the key figures in the creation of Fascism. Mussolini became the Prime Minister of Italy in 1922 and began going by the title Il Duce, adding on titles throughout the years until by the time World War II started, he was "His Excellency Benito Mussolini, Head of Government, Duce of Fascism, and Founder of the Empire."
Mussolini may have made the trains run on time, and he may have joined the Axis Powers, but it must also be said of him that he devoutly believed in the righteousness of Fascism. Mussolini was a founder of Italian Fascism, which included elements of nationalism, corporatism, national syndicalism, expansionism, social progress, and anti-socialism in combination with censorship of subversives and state propaganda.
Before he was famously executed summarily and strung upside down in Milan, Mussolini wrote The Doctrine of Fascism, setting out the tenets and policies of Italian Fascism.

Good informational book that everyone should read. This book gives insight into the ideals of a political philosophy that has been recntly contorted to fit the narrative of modern political parties. In our age the left and right shout "fascist" towards eachother as if it is an insult. If you read this book you already know more than the majority of peoples involved in politics. I must say that it is good to know of political parties, but it is great to know of political parties from their own intelectual books. The only thing i must criticize this book on is its poor translation and typos . You will still be able to understand mussolini, but the typos are still a issue that breaks flow while reading.

Poor Formatting. Whilst the content of the book was fine and in full, allowing for a deeper insight into the mind of Mussolini, it has been poorly formatted for online reading. It was extremely difficult to read, especially with footnotes not being linked to other sections of the book.
Can’t copy paste. Can’t copy / paste - which makes the book kind of pointless. Seeking a refund.
