This is an appeal from an order of the District Court of Cherokee County overruling appellants plea of privilege to be sued in McLennan County, his residence. The suit, out of which this plea of privilege grows, was instituted on October 9, 1952, by appellees against appellant Golob and one Ewell Thompson alleged to be a trustee, for a recovery of certain attorneys fees alleged to be owing appellees by appellant and Thompson.
