Carlson v. Craig by Supreme Court of Wisconsin Book Summary

This is an action for injunctive relief commenced by the plaintiff to restrain the defendant from closing a roadway across her property over which the plaintiff claims a right of way by prescription. The defendant denied the adverse use by the plaintiff and asked that plaintiff be restrained from trespassing on her premises and from disturbing barriers or fences which she may erect thereon. The case was tried to the court without a jury. Findings of fact and Conclusions of law were filed, and judgment was entered on January 27, 1953, in favor of the defendant and against the plaintiff. The plaintiff appealed from said judgment. The material facts will be stated in the opinion. BROADFOOT, Justice.
