Great book!. If you are married then this book is for you! Justin and Trisha are as transparent as one could get. This book is a must read! You won't regret it!

I am thankful to God for this book. This will be the book I give every newlywed couple. If any couple will read it and turn to God, then I believe that every Christian marriage can be saved from divorce. Through Him, all things are possible!

Pretty good, a little sloppy.. The best thing about this book is the candid way the authors tell their story. I learned so much reading about each trial they faced and the way they dealt with it, good or bad. However, following each story are about 10 pages that are educational. They are supposed to help you with your own marriage. I did not really find these helpful. They mostly refer to other great books. If I wanted the information in those books, I would read them! These sections are very sloppy and hard to follow. There are too many passages that look like this: Grief leads to anger which leads to resentment. There are three types of resentment, A, B and C. There are 4 types of resentment A. It's just confusing and messy. However, the stories themselves are quite naked and well written. I found much more help within the stories than I did with the extra 10 pages in each chapter. I would have loved it without those pesky pages.

Excellent book. I stumbled on their blog when I did a google search. I downloaded the first chapter of their book. It gave a background of how they met. I didn't find anything great about it. I then downloaded he entire book. Boy was I wrong! This was the best marriage book I've ever read. This is not a three step and your life is great book. It goes deep into the heart of the matter. It discusses how a successful marriage is a heart condition not a behavior condition. The only down side was the ordinary vs extraordinary came off as gimmicky. Their marriage was not ordinary at all. However, with these truths that they discovered I do believe that their marriage is/becoming extraordinary. A must read for marriage couples & counselors.

Excellent Book!!! Get it!!. This book can and will change the way you think about your marriage! It's a great book! So many families could be saved from the damaging effects of divorce if people would read this book and go to war for their spouse! I am, you should too! I'm going to read it often, share it when I can and pray for every marriage to be transformed!

Needing encouragement. This book is amazing!!!

A must read if you've been married for 40-years or 40-days. I learned about this book while listening to my local Christian talk station on the radio and heard the Davis' story and testimony. It was powerful and so is their book. Every married Christian should read this book and after you read it, you should pass it on to others. Their story is warm, funny, cute, sad, shocking, and frustrating. You really feel like you've known them for years and find yourself cheering for them. My wife and I have had ups and downs recently, but this book gives our ups and downs new life and new lessons. Absolutely highly recommended!
