Very helpful. This is a very helpful book. But two days after I read this book I got my first period I'm not even kidding.

Great Book.. I'm 10 and I already got my period and went through the bra experience. I loved this book because even know I have already gotten my period I didn't know why or where it comes from. This book is a "kid friendly" way of explaining those things. As long as you are 10 or older this is the perfect book for maturing girls!

🙌🏽🙌🏽. I got my period when I was 11,( yes that is very young if you ask me) and this book and the first one was very helpful when I was on my period. I just turned twelve a month ago, and I am still not able to feel like I haven’t wet my pants. ( yes it sometimes feels like that for certain people, maybe all girls) and i really enjoyed the fact that they covered how to us pads, and how to “predict” when ur period is to come, and all that fancy schmancy stuff. Highly recommend if you are predicting your period to come. 😺
