Obsessed with LeAnn and her books!. Obsessed with LeAnn and her books! This book starts a new series that is intertwined with her others, so while it’s new the characters also seem familiar, which I like. After her upbringing, River is a strong and independent woman who doesn’t let anyone of anything stand in her way. Finding her biological mother and not only saving her but focusing on bringing the whole cult down, one night she finds herself kidnapped from said cult, although they don’t know that her adoptive father has trained her to survive and do anything and everything to make it possible. Gage is the closest MC brother chapter close to where River is kidnapped, so he sets off to rescue her, only to find that she doesn’t need saving. Enamored with how she is able to take down the group of men, he realizes he’s found the perfect girl for her, and thus the insta-love commences. Per usual, the cult doesn’t back down and they continue to go after her even under the protection of Gage and his MC, and I was on the edge of my seat while reading to see River kick major behind and survive. Love these books and I can’t wait for the next installment and meeting more of the guys from this MC chapter! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Disappointed. She is one of my favorite authors but this book seemed rushed I was unfortunately disappointed.

Amazing. LeAnn Ashers is, in my opinion, one of the best authors. She constantly amazes me with each new book that she writes. She is amazing and every book that she writes is amazing. As always I can’t wait for more.

We’ll worth the wait. Absolutely loved this book, it was so worth the wait, I read it in two days I couldn’t put it down.

Grab it. The wait for this book felt like it was forever but it was soooo worth the wait. I don’t think LeAnn could write a character that I don’t fall in love with. Gage & River go together like peas & carrots! I just love how the story flows with some drama, a little bit of violence and lots of sweet moments. As usual the story doesn’t drag, but also isn’t over in the blink of an eye. It has a great balance. If you love alpha males but also women who can hold their own, then LeAnn’s books are for you!
