BKI is BACK!!. Grace Beacham is an FBI agent on the run. She’s been framed for the murder of her partner, as he was killed with her pocket knife. The other agents on the case are convinced she’s guilty; meanwhile, there’s a Russian assassin on her trail. To escape the assassin and to give her time to ferret out the criminal mastermind, she contacts Hunter Jackson, a member of the ‘reloaded’ BKI Team. The new president is a woman, and she reconstitutes a functioning BKI Team populated with her own group of chosen warriors. Sure, Boss and Becky are still around, with two little girls in tow. But this book gives us a glimpse at the new BKI group, and gives us a deeper look into the lives of Hunter and his friend Sam, also a BKI operative. This story gives readers a glimpse of Hunter’s backstory, and the things that made him the man he is now. It also gives us the story of Grace’s past, and introduces us to her family. The overall feel of this story is very current. It exposes some of the issues that are relevant to the way people can be manipulated to think certain ways, without any knowledge that they are being manipulated. The story is well-written and fast-paced. The tension increases when needed, and recedes when other things are happening. This book is fun, energetic, and poignant at times. I’m thrilled that there are more BKI stories! It was a sad time when the prior series ended, but this story begins to fill that void!

They’re finally back!!!!!. OMG. They’re finally back. The new crew mixing with the old crew in Julie Ann Walkers famous BKI world. Grace and Hunter have worked together before so when she finds herself in a pickle she calls him. Hunter rides to her rescue and then whisks her off to a safe house (his safe house). As you can imagine being in close proximity turns up the heat and things develop between them. Unfortunately innocents are caught in the crossfire. Once the mission is over will these two find their way back to each other or will it be like last time where they go their separate ways? It was great seeing Boss and Becky from the original BKI series in this book and I’m looking forward to seeing more of the original crew pop in to help with missions.

Great to be back!. I loved the original crew so I have to admit I was a little hesitant to jump into this story. But I loved it! It was great to see some of the old characters. The storyline was just as fast paced as before with many of the same feels. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. This is the kind of book/storyline/writing that keeps me reading. I love that this author decided to delve back into the world of The Black Knights Inc. The first series was/is wonderful and this first book in the 2.0 version of BKI did not disappoint. I love all the action, the brotherhood and the romance that comes with each book. Definitely going on my keeper shelf, highly recommended.

Action packed sexy ride!. Loved! I absolutely loved this fast paced fun and sexy book! I have read most of the Black Knights previous series and loved it! This series brings back some of the characters in the original series for cameos and introduces a whole new set of characters. I truly loved the story line and cannot absolutely not wait for the next book in the series. It was a fun, sexy exciting read that I did not want to end.

BKI is back!. The Black Knights, Inc. are back with a new crew! Julie Ann Walker is a master of romantic suspense and I’m so excited that she’s taking us back to Chicago with our favorite covert operatives. Back in Black introduces us to the new BKI crew, particularly Hunter Jackson and Sam Harwood, while including cameos from Boss (aka Frank Knight), his wife Becky, and computer guru Ozzie from the OG. FBI agent Grace Beacham is being hunted by an assassin and reaches out to Hunter for help. Sparks fly, bullets fly, and the BKI crew pitches in to help. This book was action packed and hard to put down. I’m excited to read more of the Black Knights, Inc. Reloaded. If you’re a fan of a story with a lot of intrigue, action, and major heat, this book is for you!

Glad that BKI is back in action.. This book continues with the Black Knights Inc. series. Hunter and Grace are exceptionally partners in this story, and have found a way to make a life together despite personal struggles. Could not stop reading this book and I can’t wait for the next episode of the Black Knights Inc series.

Heart Racing, Steamy Romance. Nothing gets my motor running like a murder & mayhem whodunnit and Julie Ann Walker certainly provided that...grab this heart racing, steamy romance and travel along with Grace & Hunter while they run to find the whodunnit trying to kill Grace...loved it!

So glad they’re back!…..In black!. Reading this book was like hearing from old friends. I loved catching up on BKI the original crew and being introduced to BKI 2.0. This group is just as intriguing as the last and the artful cursing had me literally laughing out loud. As always, these books are suspenseful, page turning, sexy (wow) and hilarious. My favorite combination and I can’t wait for rest of them.
