Bea was beaten and warned that she had to stay away from Knox if she wanted him to stay safe, but she won't tell why. Knox is determined to find out. Knox and Bea also had secret from everyone else. They had been investigating information on Mr. Brock's alleged embezzlement. The book was a great continuation from the first book in the series. In addition to their own relationship, Bea and Knox worked with the rest of the Benedicts on the questions surrounding Tilly's father and the other strange information that they discovered. As they get closer, it gets more dangerous,. I really enjoyed this secret relationship romantic suspense novel. It was witty and fun and full of action. The chemistry between the couple was super hot and the emotion bled through. I would definitely recommend it for lovers of romantic suspense such as Rebecca Zanetti or Linda Howard. Seductive Lies. Bea and Knox’s story was amazing and scary. I don’t know if I can wait for the last book in the series…..I know I have to but daaaaaang it’s gonna be hard. I love the whole storyline and all the characters, and I really want to know who Mr Evil is and what game he’s playing! Loved Knox and Bea’s HEA!
