Scardy squirrel at the beach. Scardy was at his house talking us about his fear of being in big crowds. He made his own beach but knew something was missing,sound. He made a plan so he won't be seen in a crowd,but when he got there,there were people, lots of people. When he played dead a girl barried him,and made it look pretty. When he found out crowds weren't so scary he took pictures,and swam with other people. When he got home he had a picture of lots of people and got garden gnomes to be his crowd. It was a happy ending.

Possibly the worst book of the week. I thought perhaps it was a joke, but I think it was serious! That is one nasty beach he builds. I would give him a poison nut.

A nutty tale for sure. Scaredy Squirrel is one of my favourite characters. He's anxious about going to the beach and creates his own private beach instead only to find out that the beach is more than just some sand. This book is funny, silly and way too cute.
