Absolutely stunning. I have read many biographies, and this one is by far one of the best. It's captivating, highly emotional, & puts you right there in time with everything that was going on during Nirvana's era. Could not put it down.

Touching. Excellent biography for a musical giant

Kurdt Kobain. I was born after Nirvana's reign. As never having lived through Seattle grunge era, this book opened my eyes to the heartbreaking life of Kurt Cobain. It is poignant and honest. The ending will put his short life in prospective and change your opinion of this musical icon forever.

Amazing, yet awfully sad.. I read a lot of rock n roll memoirs, I've become quite obsessed over them. This book in my opinion was well done, and gave great insight to the life of Kurt. RIP man. Way too soon.

It’s okay.. It’s retrospective. Intrapersonal but also includes real life events. It’s interesting if you’re interested in the history of the band & a timeline of the events up to & during. A good read if you’re a fan of the band.

A fantastic book. This a really well written and researched biography. It covers Kurt's childhood, rise to fame and his end. It shows the good and bad aspects of Cobain, and a lot of his contradictions. The end of the book especially, is like going through the neck of a bottle from the tension and build up to his suicide. It also quashes a lot of the conspiracy theories surrounding his death.

Great Book. If you’re a huge fan, and have seen every interview, every concert, every piece of rare footage you can get your hands on, this book is it. This book pieces everything together. So good to the point I feel it should be a movie. A little sad I finished it

Immersive!. Reading this took me back around to my early teen years; you really feel the forgotten angst of the early nineties. I never "knew" Kurt but we all knew those emotions. I still miss the man I never knew even today.
