It's laid out well and easy for the layperson to understand.

I like how the author focuses on practical steps that can be applied to any kind of business, regardless of it's niche, and I can definitely say that I learned a lot of great techniques and I really am looking forward to applying them to my business. Great reference!. This is a wonderful reference for someone who is starting out as a freelancer or independent contractor. The book covers how to form a limited company, naming the company, privacy issues, and professional details such as insurance, bank accounts, and records. It is an easy read and not intimidating at all for people new to this area. If you are starting a limited company, this book should be first on your list!
