The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck

The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson Book Summary

#1 New York Times Bestseller

Over 1 million copies sold

In this generation-defining self-help guide, a superstar blogger cuts through the crap to show us how to stop trying to be "positive" all the time so that we can truly become better, happier people.

For decades, we’ve been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F**k positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let’s be honest, shit is f**ked and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn’t sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is—a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F**k is his antidote to the coddling, let’s-all-feel-good mindset that has infected American society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.

Manson makes the argument, backed both by academic research and well-timed poop jokes, that improving our lives hinges not on our ability to turn lemons into lemonade, but on learning to stomach lemons better. Human beings are flawed and limited—"not everybody can be extraordinary, there are winners and losers in society, and some of it is not fair or your fault." Manson advises us to get to know our limitations and accept them. Once we embrace our fears, faults, and uncertainties, once we stop running and avoiding and start confronting painful truths, we can begin to find the courage, perseverance, honesty, responsibility, curiosity, and forgiveness we seek.

There are only so many things we can give a f**k about so we need to figure out which ones really matter, Manson makes clear. While money is nice, caring about what you do with your life is better, because true wealth is about experience. A much-needed grab-you-by-the-shoulders-and-look-you-in-the-eye moment of real-talk, filled with entertaining stories and profane, ruthless humor, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F**k is a refreshing slap for a generation to help them lead contented, grounded lives.

- Dope read5 star

Definitely recommend to anyone.

- Awesome!5 star

Just read it! This book gave me a brand new way of looking at life entirely.

- Loved this book!!!!5 star

Every part of this book spoke directly to me, one of my favorites!!

- 10/105 star

This book is the first book I’ve ever read fully. I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression for along time. This book changes your mind and life all together. It makes you think a little bit different on how you’re life is in general. Anyone who needs to quite their mind and feel more at peace with ones self. Then here is your book.

- Awesome Read!5 star

This book gives a great insight towards self improvement! The author does it in a way that is blunt, and that bluntness is definitely needed in this modern world.

- The subtle art of not giving a f*uck5 star

This is a great read! It is not your typical motivational book. It broadens one’s perspective to a world that is greater and larger than one’s self. It is thought provoking and helpful.

- I am impressed4 star

I can’t believe how much an eye opener this book is. Definitely makes you look deeper into the things you pursue in life.

- Life changing5 star

Exactly when I needed it.

- Pretentious trash1 star

I never review things, but boy. This needs to be said. This reeks of r/iamverysmart. This guy quotes freud without irony. Tasteless boring analogies. Okay philosophy but wish someone with actual perspective wrote this book, not Dude Who Got Broken Up with and Started Going to the Gym. Talk about entitlement indeed. Borrows stories from the news page of Snapchat to make a radical hot take you saw your uncle post last week on Facebook. Wish i could get a refund.

- cool!5 star

it is so funny!!!

- Amazing book5 star

Excellent perspective and mind blowing arguments.

Amazing love it from beginning to end!

- Incredible5 star

As a young man at 24 years old, this book has touched me to the core. The author’s reflection has addressed many of, if not all of the issues I’m currently facing. Thank you Mark.

- That guy5 star

Amazing book! Great sense of humor! It’s also helped me.

- great book5 star

lovely book, woke me up mentally

- Authentic. Refreshing. Funny.4 star

Such a raw, relatable way to write about some of life’s challenges! I really enjoyed this book as it gave me a different perspective on the meaning of living a wholesome life with Mark Manson’s added humor threaded into every page.

- Everyone should read this5 star

This book was suggested to me by a friend, I have really been struggling lately with caring about anything and it was very enlightening. Can’t wait to read his next one!

- Very Useful4 star

I actually got quite a bit out of this book - there were a few parts I didn’t quite agree with, but the author made his points clearly and concisely. Also I enjoyed the gratuitous swearing.

- Relatable5 star

This book reads smooth. Simple but has deep concepts with some great phrasing. I had already made a decision to move to South America from the US before reading this book, stressed out and but beyond excited most times about it. For me, this book helped explain why I wanted to and why it is important to me to have these experiences in my short life. And I think this applies to most things. Thanks Mark.

- Ok book3 star

Nothing new. Like I live my life.

- Awesome AF5 star

This book gave me everything I needed. Although I didn’t change as I read this book I feel as if it will take years to truly master the concepts displayed in the book to come to peace with myself. The message was very clear, straightforward, and funny. This book was raw, and sometimes that’s what people need.

- Life altering5 star

- Amazing book!4 star

I liked it better in the first few chapters. Got kinda boring at the end. Still, it is an amazing book. I loved it.

- Great book5 star

I really like it, worth to read

- Title this under “would have made a better blog post”1 star

... but not really enough here for a full book. The only salient point I really walked away with is the fact that he’s in love with the sound of his own ideas.

- Astounding5 star

All I can say is I loved it.

- Anybody have a suggestion ?3 star

How good is this book?

- Ok it’s nice3 star

I do like the Authors opinions about being successful. My parents get paid well but they wish they different jobs. My mom hates being a teacher sometimes because of discipline and rudeness their. My dad which wanted to be a game creater but is stuck with helping business websites. I want to be a scientist or a game coder but even life’s a struggle for me because of school and proving that I’m responsible and mature. And I’m trying to fight off my sadness and angry outbursts. Every time I get angry I cry to prevent myself from getting in violent fights. So not give a f$&k about life is only sometimes helpful...

- Mediocre at best2 star

Starts off interesting, unwinds into subjective concepts most likely taken from the author’s own experiences .

- Trash1 star

- Mad good would def recommend so far !5 star

- Thank you.5 star

This book has changed my life and many ways you would not understand. Thank you.

- That is one to sell a book ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️1 star

Rehash of old Material-one star at best‼️‼️‼️👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

- Must Read5 star

Changes perspective on dealing with life and all of the issues that come along. Hard to change habits but being aware is already helping out so much.

- Said F*ck too many times to be readable2 star

There are so moments where I’m enjoying this book because of how the author’s words flow off the page and create these vivid, inspiring, thoughts inside the reader then it’s just ruined by the fact that you read F%&k 26 times in thirty seconds.

- Excellent book !5 star

This book gives me a true perspective on life and what to care and not care about. Excellent read !

- Badly written1 star

Poorly written book and just a load of rubbish i had high hopes because I liked the title and was hoping for something clever and humorous

- Best book i’ve ever read5 star

I’ve recommended this book to everyone I genuinely care about! I learned something new that’ll help me in life on every single page. I can truly say after reading this book i’ve become a much better person and now have a much more positive outlook on life

- Very Funny, but very true!5 star

I purchased this book a few months ago for a plane ride after I realized I was spending too much time and energy on people and situations that didn't matter. I didn't expect this book to provide so much insight to my life and my current situation. It may anger a lot of people, which is understandable especially after finishing the book, but it is very true and digs deep into who we are and our values as humans. I would definitely recommend this read, even with the amount of profanity. I personally found it funny, but if that's something you like to avoid then avoid this one, but do it at the risk of missing great points and new ways of thinking.

- Not great1 star

Really poorly written with completely underdeveloped theme and philosophy could not finish...

- Wow5 star

This book is a slap in the face, in the best way possible. It is a wake up call, and it opened my mind to a huge realization. A must read...

- Amazing Book5 star

This book had a great impact on me. Especially, when it came to life decisions and facing life difficulties. If you’re planning to read something that’ll help you. This is the one.

- Great read5 star

This book really makes you think about your whole life. It puts a lot of things into perspective. Must read great book to try and find yourself.

- Fantastic5 star

Really enjoyed reading this book. Very funny yet profound. Thank you.

- Important Advice for the Superficial and Easily Fooled3 star

If you are someone who obsesses about what others have, what you think they have, your perception of their relationships and how you're just not worthy because you can't acquire/achieve what you think others have, then you should read this. It contains great advice for learning how to not care about others' perceived accomplishments. If that sort of thing is stressing you out, then this would be a very worthwhile read. If you are confident in your own abilities and accomplishments, acquiring and reading this book might not be a good use of your time. For example, if you purchase a camera, a car, clothing, etc. because its what *you* want, then you have already accomplished much of what this book is about. However, if you constantly purchase items because you feel that it is what is necessary to impress people that you don't even know well, then you definetly need this book.

- Very good5 star

This is the first self help book I have ever read and I do not regret reading it. Some good perspectives in here but I would say don’t take everything he says too liberally.

- Just the from the sample...3 star

Tyler Durden. “What’s that smell...?”

- Amazing5 star

Really eye-opening and revealing. Sometimes you have to hear it even if you don't like what is being said. Amazing book and the messages and concepts are spot on. Thank you

- Positively Counterintuitive5 star

This read was very interesting since it forced the reader to change their perspective of what is and is not important. Will be rereading in the near future.

It brings self awareness that we need. It helped me a lot put thing back in line.

- Excellent5 star

Loved it

- An eye opening reality check5 star

This book needs to be part of school curriculum. Its the kind of book that regularly makes you laugh, not necessarily because what you just read is funny, but rather because you can't believe that you're not as special as you thought you were, and someone is writing about it as if they know you - and god damn does it ever feel good. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

- Amazing book5 star

I’ve never been one for reading. Mark’s books make me re-think my life and my values and push me to be a better person. On to his next book now.

- 3.5/53 star

Good read and awesome for self reflection. Great words to scout and add to vocabulary box.

- love and thought provoking5 star

an amazing read. and highly recommend. through a series of different real life stories of his own and many others, mark manson is able to convey key points to readers. point in which should be considered and used when making decisions throughout life.

- I Love this book! ❤️5 star

Awesome book 📖🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

- The greatest book I’ve date5 star

It’s quite plainly, a book choosing not to care about things that don’t need to. Caring takes energy and this book encourages you to realize not every person who cuts you off in traffic doesn’t require any response. This book will literally save years of your life 👍👍👍👍👍

- Awesome read!5 star

I just began reading (for pleasure) again after finishing school and this was the first book I finished so far. Not only does the author make some great jokes, but he makes a lot of his points simple, without the sugar coating (and I think we all need that). It’s an honest, well-written book and I have recommended it to a couple of people! It really is a self-improvement book rather than a self-help one and I truly enjoy that. If you don’t know the difference between the two, well I’d say this book is a great place to start. Thank you Mark :)

- Truth at your face5 star

I hates reading and I’m not the person to handover a book to and expect him to read. I’m more of a visual/movie kind of a person. This is my first ever book that I’ve read in my life and surprisingly finished it, cause i guess i needed to hear all of that. I just love reading now. Books are my new best friend.

- I needed this book5 star

This book came at a time when I needed it the most. I have always been a ‘blunt, to the point, say it like it is person’ but the past few months I was repressing who I am. It started by being involved in a work culture lead by a narcissistic bully and then unravelled as she brought on a ‘mini me’ of herself. The way I dealt with chastising emails, ridiculous self involved social media posts, culture of ‘don’t complain - you’re bringing the rest of us down’, was to keep my head down. I shut-up. I stayed quiet. I ‘ignored’ the best way I could. Until one day, today, I was about 3/4 of the way through this book, and I saw a good friend / colleague get berated for simply questioning the logic of a decision - and I decided enough was enough. Why? Because I heard the words ‘if something is bugging you, confront it’ take action. And I did. And it felt sooo great. I may never change the narcissist, but I can, and I will, be true to me. And stand up for what I believe in. Thank-you for this!!

- Really gave me insight5 star

This book is amazing and I’ve really gained a different perspective on life!

- too expensive5 star

so expensive

- Worth the Read4 star

Overall the book was good, but it wasn’t as if every chapter was mind-blowing. There are a few key messages and strong chapters that make the whole book worth reading. Definitely a change in perspective and a nice reminder that everyone is going through the same thing.

- Great book5 star

You learn a lot. Period.

- [email protected]! What you know!5 star

Take time and read this book. You’ll learn more about yourself and what you want out of life.

- This book will make you think…5 star

It’s ridiculous how much this book opened my eyes. You must read it. Everyone should read it. It should be in high-school curriculum as a mandatory read to graduate.

- Thank you5 star

Mark you have my deepest gratitude for helping me open my eyes and face my fears with a smile thank you

- 100%5 star

A bit of spelling errors, but you don’t even mind when the book is speaking your mind 😉

- One of the greatest book5 star

One of the most amazing book. I will read it again forsure. It gave me the sense of reality

- Quit Reading1 star

Poorly written an incoherent most of the time. I just decided to cut my losses and quit reading it.

- Enlightened5 star

Thank you for this.

- Better than expected5 star

Yes, some of the stories from his blog are in the book. Having said that, the book is really great I'm so glad I bought it. I will definitely be picking up extra copies as gifts for friends this Christmas.

- Canada5 star

Mark is brilliant, compelling and truthful. I can't wait to see more books from this writer.

- Absolutely brilliant and what everyone could do with reading5 star

My my my. This was my first time reading a book considered to be “self-help” as I have been sceptical about such books. This book is for anyone who has been left feeling like they endured constant internal conflict in what they are doing in life or the people they have around them. I really wish more people broke things down like Mark has done. This book has proven that complex subjects can be explained in simpler ways, which enable the reader to easily digest AND without the use of technical terms. Everything in here is what I have thought but could never explain to someone and it’s so refreshing to read that someone out there has the same outlook on life, especially with the effects of social media on people’s values and behaviours (this is coming from someone who is in their late 20s!!) Will definitely be recommending this to people I know and are open to hear the truth!

- Not mind blowing3 star

Great premise but lacks depth and becomes too repetitive. A book that should’ve remained a blog.

- A good read4 star

I enjoyed this book but it wasn’t mind blowing

- Life Changing5 star

My whole life I’ve suffered with anxiety. Which led me to living a life where I was consistently trying to impress other people. You can say my mind was prisoned in a way. It also destroyed my confidence and Self-Esteem. After reading this book it’s helped me clarify my attributes and what the meaning of life is. Mark Manson I’m grateful for this book and appreciate the time and effort you invested to put this together. One of the best investments I’ve made and I’m not referring to the money, TIME, my time.

- Mind blowing5 star

- For people who can’t meditate5 star

Very good at explaining the impenetrable world of “inner work” in terms that I understand and can use practically. And a gifted writer and wit to boot.

- Written by a self-indulgent narcissist1 star

Save your money and don’t bother with this book.

- Financial Market : Terminologies and Their Definitions4 star

This is a book written by an ex-banker, Md.AliAkram who resides in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The book deals with the technical terms used in the capital market, banking, insurance and leasing companies . It also mentions accounting , economic and legal terms. The book is very useful for bankers, insurers, economists and those who are trading in the share market. The ex- editor, Financial Express, Late Mr.Moezzem Hussain wrote the prologue of the book and highly lauded its contents. The publisher of the book , Mr. A.M.M. Ali ABBAS may be contacted if any body is interested to purchase the book. We are also looking for publishers in USA or Europe.

- Fun but profound5 star

Mark has a great conversational laid back style but packs a massive punch right at the end. Much like life.

- Good but repetitive3 star

The Books has amazing analogies, really smart way of seeing life and a different approach to our reality . However I do feel like there was repetition of the same concept in the middle of the book . But after a few hours pages it became interesting again .

- Don’t let it trick you in to buying a useless book1 star

Not worth the money !

- Better than the free sample5 star

I read the free sample available on iBooks which was full of ‘fook this, fook that, and fook you and fook everything’ (that’s how I read it really) and thought no way I was going to read this had many good reviews so I decided to go against my first impression... and surprisingly the book is actually well thought with interesting concepts which made me question my perception of life. Five stars and I guess as the saying goes “don’t judge the book by its cover” or in this case the free sample full of ‘fooking’ things.

- Best read for people who have interest in sociology and psychology5 star

Refreshing, straightforward, honest and brutal at times

- My dream book5 star

Basically me any given day

- A book you will come back to again and again.5 star

Wow, such a deep book yet humorous. Thoroughly enjoyed it. I highlighted far more paragraphs to come back to in this book than any other ‘self help’ book I have read. And I read a lot!

- You should read this book5 star

Amazing book. Very true and relatable. Could not put it down!

- My new bible5 star

Enjoyed every word. Definitely will read this again until every chapter sticks to my brain!

- An absolute must read5 star

Making a conscious decision of what is important has already made such a difference in my life

- Wow!5 star

Amazing book that is written well and does exactly what it says, explores a fine art of becoming happy. Would recommend to anyone.

- Honestly, the best 'Self Help' Book EVER5 star

I've read a lot of self help books over the years, but none like this one. Marks written this so well that it's genuinely had a positive effect on my life in that I've taken in what he has said and I've put it into practice and would you believe it... He's right! Would absolutely recommend this (already have convinced my friends to buy it!) to anyone, particularly if you are going through a hard time.

- Just fantastic, great read from start to finish.5 star

This is by far the most touching book I have read so far, I couldn't believe how many life events in this book relates to my life. Great stuff.

- self review5 star

This book really makes you think about yourself and how easily you can improve your own life and make you wonder why you haven’t already

- It’s the title that makes you buy it.3 star

The book is ok if you get past the first two chapters. The end is more egotistical writer bravado. It’s an read easy book, you can get through it efficiently. So, kudos to the editor for making it a fun read, its the middle that drives the authors message. The books intellectual and make you think through things.

- Truly new approach and enlightening !5 star

I’ve read so many “self-help” books and this one spoke to me in a unique way.. This book helps you view life differenly from the straight-up positive thinking approach. It was meant for me at the right time of life… But ultimately… all we’re driven for lies within this book. MUST READ!

- Amazing5 star

Perfect, couldn’t ask for better

- Great life changer5 star

This book really makes you think it addresses so many simple things we tend to forget have a strong impact on our lives.if you’re feeling lost this book will provide you with a titanium foundation.

- WOW5 star

This book is amazing. Lots of hard hitting points that you need to take the time to see how they apply to your life. Lots of hard truths to swallow, but can be life changing if you know how to apply the points in the book appropriately into your own life. Have definitely referenced it a lot when speaking with friends about struggles in their life and would recommend the book to anyone.

- Not a good guide2 star

The book is mildly entertaining in its prose, but to call this a guide on how to live your life is very far reaching and wrong. The author appears to be very angry and troubled and writes as if most people who are reading this can’t think for themselves. I got through half of it and then it just became very depressing, like someone lecturing me on all the negative things about humanity. Gets tired, boring and repetitive.

- Now5 star

I want this book

- The subtle art of not giving a f*%k5 star

This book has given me the perspective I needed in life at this moment in time. Great read!

- Thought provoking4 star

A chapter a day keeps the anxiety away

- The Subtle Art of not Giving a F**k5 star

This book was one of the best I’ve finished in one day. I usually read horror, crime stories, but not this type of book. I listed my values and highlighted passages that fit me, and several family and friends. Thought provoking. I actually will read it again, as I agree the the concepts. I should have read it 40 years ago when I was 28, but I don’t think you were even thought of yet.

- This speaks my mind5 star

I love this book, I know because I read a new psychology book every month (I like understanding the human mind and I’m open for any type of view in the concept, no black & white) and I have never highlighted so much until I read this one. I believe, to be honest I’m a bit scared not to believe in higher power but I definitely don’t agree with religion , I don’t agree with so called karma either and I don’t believe something happened because it was destined to . This book is so good, it’s so straight to the point , so clear , so simple . I’m so happy I’m this woke at 31 years old and new mom. I totally recommend it, you get picked up and dropped slammed on the floor and picked up again. It teaches you exactly what you know but don’t want to open your mind to or accept . I could go on and on and on, but my English isn’t the best. Big thanks to everyone involved and to MM. Les recomiendo este libro , les habrirá la mente.

- Life Changing Perspectives5 star

This book honestly changed my life. Mark Manson simplifies some of life’s most consuming issues and makes you realize that there’s thousands of other people just like you going through the same hurdles. And the way out is to accept them, embrace them, and learn to love them.

- Brilliant5 star

This book is brilliant. Mark has a great network of word choices making this book a very comfortable read. His concepts and metaphors are brilliant. This book will push you out of your comfort zone to view new perceptions. Thank you Mark for such an amazing book. I look forward to read more.

- Easily one of the best books I have EVER read5 star

Read it.

- Best 15 dollar I have ever spent in my life.5 star

I gotta say, money well spent. It really helped me through a hard time. God bless you.

- Get this now!5 star

Great book. Changed the way I look at everything.

- Wow.5 star

Eye opening read with a lot of twists and turns that keep your attention.

- Been there......5 star

Haven’t read it just yet. But from the Title on front of📖.... I think that’ll get us back ⛽️👍

- Life changing5 star

It really slapped me in the face (a couple times). It went against everything I believed in. But for some odd reason I just kept reading maybe because it was suggested by someone I adored or maybe because deep down I knew it was what I needed. Anyways I loved it and I agree with most of it if not all of it and I think if all of my generation read it we’d be in a better place!

- Mind shift5 star

This book has opened up my third eye if you can say iv never looked at self from the perspective this book is making me look from

- Great5 star

- Probing and thought provoking!4 star

The author does a great job at getting below surface. He exposes how shallowness and entitlement can creep into our lives and wreak havoc, only IF WE LET IT. Throughout the book, he dissects his most eye opening experiences. This guy is open, honest and brave. I give it four stars because some themes in this book are repetitive, nevertheless it is effective and in SOME case necessary.

- Not for me.1 star

I did not like the book at all. Everyone has there style, likes and dislikes but it just didn’t resinate with me.

- Great!5 star

5 stars

- Great Read5 star

Excellent book. Really puts reality into perspective.

- Loved this book so much5 star

Gave me meaning in life and totally made me cry at how real he was. Honestly the best book to read

- No Stars1 star

This book is well written if he wrote it drunk and sitting at a bar ( which it may have been). I read a lot that I don’t agree with but I’ve never read a book and literally hated the author at the end. Perhaps a nice children’s book written by a self admitted drunk who spent his youth high and had to spend his 20s learning what he missed. The story where he actually watched his drunk and high best friend walk to his death and the lesson he learned was to “live for now”. How about the lesson should be to help others who are in peril. Selfish. Incredible. Icky human.

- Disappointing1 star

I have no idea how this got a book deal. There is nothing to be taken away from the book outside of the concepts in which the author has borrowed himself. Do not waste your time.

- Great read!5 star

My fav book of 2018! Love the raw and uncut package of his delivery of his message in this book. One of my top 5 fav books

- It wasn’t bad, just a little boring3 star

I was very excited to read this book because of all the hype I’ve heard about it. But it was tough to finish, I was so bored! It did have some good advice about perception. I would still recommend reading for yourself!

- Simply amazing5 star

A fantastic book that will help you understand what you focus on and what you actually should care about. This book has helped me tremendously in my life and I look forward to applying the principles to every situation going forward.

- Witty. True. Great advice.5 star

Witfully written. Comedic. True. Enlightening. Gave me permission to choose what I care about.

- Kay1 star

I didn’t read the whole book. I stopped in the middle. The book has great key factors about life. But it’s basically telling how to think, or how his thinking is rather. It rants in about the difference between strong and week people, choices and after 1 problem here comes another one. That’s life. I don’t consider this a great self help book.

- Wanted it to be better3 star

I enjoyed reading this in the beginning but a little over half way through, I started to feel that it was just a means for the author to complain about his past life decisions. There are a few points within in that I felt were helpful, but I heard a lot of hype about this book and wanted it to be better.

- Amazing Read!5 star

I absolutely love this book so far.

- Great book5 star

Everyone should read this book!

- Amazing5 star

This was the very first book I read since out of high school and I’m only 20. I thought I’d giving reading a shot and that this be my first book. No regrets in reading this book. Very inspiring and gives a good perspective on your life.

- Good start4 star

If you’re just getting into self help books this is a good place to start, it has a lot of basics that get covered.

- I got hooked5 star

I picked up the book started reading the first pages, and found myself liking the book. Has some great views and it’s straight to the point

- Very insightful5 star

Great read. Very honest and eye opening. I’ll probably read it again, and probably again after that.

- Speeches5 star

Very informative & entertaining!

- Just what i needed5 star

Sometimes it’s nice to have it given to you straight. This made me want to consider another point of view! Loved it. It was just what i didn’t know i needed!

- Awesome!5 star

Book was by far a very eye opening experience. It spoke to me in volumes, thank you to the author for this amazing work!

- Good Read5 star

Helps you look at things in a different way! liked reading it and easy to read and understand. makes you think about some good stuff

- Brilliant5 star

- Excellent5 star

If you need it. Read it!

- Don’t get the hype2 star

A minor waste of time. There are so many better self help books. “The four agreements” “you can heal your life”.

- The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck4 star

Great book. This book gave me a different perspective on life. I feel that many people judge the title, but the title is just trying to say what and what not to let effect you in life. Talk about a sudden realization of things in life we can change to make the load easier! I just finished the book and am going to read it over again. I feel as though any and everyone can relate somehow to this book.
