Jaw Dropping. I was hooked from the beginning and could not let go. This was the best escape that I have come across in a long time. The characters, the plot, the emotions, and everything in between that makes this jaw dropping read a five star rating without a second thought. If you haven’t read this book yet, hurry and get it because once you pick it up, you will not be able to put it down!

The book was short. This book was amazing and I loved how it started and how the suspense would build up until the end. Something that frustrated me is that it was so short. Maybe it is because I am a fast reader I finished this in barely any time. I just really wish that they could have talked more about her relationship with Michael.

Truly perfect. It’s hard to find a “good” free book but this book truly captivated me! Great writing, love the characters, entertaining, and made me feel every emotion.

So good! I want books 2, 3, and all the other ones this author can give!. I love this book. It’s written so well, and talks about important social issues without making you feel like you’re being preached to and without taking away from the thrilling plot. I was worried when I saw a review from one reader about it being vulgar. But what that reviewer didn’t share about the quote they put in their review is that this was an intimidation tactic used in the plot, not a part of a romance scene. Those were steamy but classy with just the right amount of heat I like. I’m so ready to dive into book 2.

Love it!. Free? How could you go wrong? I loved this book and definitely buying the second. Couldn’t put this book down. Unique book and love the strong female lead character. Lots of deception and keeps you on your toes! Highly recommend!

Trending Topics. I was just as pleasantly surprised with the content being so up to date on hot social issues as I was with the character development. The split between the current story and what happened in the character’s past kept me paying close attention to figure it all out. I loved that it didn’t quite end in a cliffhanger but wasn’t just a happy ending. It was a very satisfying ending that still made you want to read more.

Vulgar. After just a few sentences into the book, I come to the phrase “black girls with tight p*ssies”. This didn’t sit right with me, so I decided to see what race the author was. She, of course, is a white female. I decided not to finish reading .

Amazing Story. I couldn’t put it down. Spent the day with the book attached to me hand. Simply had to finish it....but now to start the second book.

Great Book But...... I liked the book even though it was one where it kept going back in the past, then to the present. I just can’t believe it ended the way it did. Hopefully the second book of the series will pick up where this left off.

Amazing. I was completely blown away by this book! I read it in one sitting; I couldn’t put it down! Estlyn’s fight for justice is so powerful. Her story and the intertwining of characters throughout the book very intriguing. You will smile, laugh, cry and rejoice with these characters. I am so glad I found this new series and can’t wait for the second book to come out in December!

Worth your time. If Scandal and How to Get Away With Murder had a baby and it were a book, it would be this book. It’s a fun mix of current events, legal thriller (not boring at all I promise!), some mystery, and romance. I couldn’t wait to see what the main character would do next and finished the book in one sitting!

Awesome!. I love how the book is from different characters perspectives in each chapter and how we get to go back and forth in the main characters lives. It was a really good book! If your unsure I recommend it💞.
