Loved it. This book really helped not only tennis but my golf game too. It's a must read for any tennis player.
Read. It.. Was an athlete in my youth and coaches would always say “[insert sport…] is 90% mental” but they would never explain what they meant by that statement. This helps explain so much! I learned a lot and will continue because this book has so many answers to understanding and being kind to myself
