Excellent ECG book. "IreadECGs" is an excellent book that goes beyond that of a tutorial. As a 4th year medical student, this book has been very valuable to me and I believe has prepared me for residency very well. The book due to its interactive nature helps the information to stick, and I find myself recalling the information. Definitely an enjoyable and informative read. Highly recommended!

Essential ECG book. This book is great for students, residents, fellows and Attendings! Its EKGs made simple and best of all fun! I have read several EKG books and this one is hard to beat. The interactive approach towards simple and advanced electrocardiogram topics makes reading an EKG easier and allows a better understanding of the pathophysiology behind the disease process.

EKGs made simpler. Excellent interpretation of normal and abnormal EKGs. Have read few EKG books, but this beats them all!! Loved the analogy authors used "running up the hill" in explaining decremental AV node conduction. Highly recommended for all the medical students, residents and cardiology fellows.

The ECG Go-To Book for Medical Students and Residents. "I read ECGs" is a must-have for medical students, residents and the rest of your career. Although ECG is a common test it is also a puzzling one. From the start of my medical career I had terrible luck with ECG book. They were either too handy or "fun to read" or too detailed and "hard to read"; both are quite impossible to apply in practice. Happily, I found this interactive book by Ds. Fein and Torosoff to be both concise and comprehensive, a perfect introduction to real world of ECGs. A little bit about the structure. "I Read ECGs" consists of 13 chapters. Chapters 1-4 are brief introductions into ECG generation, recording and basic calculations and chapter 5 details different types of atrial rhythms. The rest of the book gives step by step approach to A-V blocks, AV reentry (AVNRT and AVRT), the QRS complex (including heart hypertrophy and conduction abnormalities), ST/QT intervals, paced rhythms and pacemaker malfunction analysis. Each chapter includes 15-20 full-page/full-size/full-color interactive 12 lead ECGs, and finally a variety of representative ECGs are provided for self assessment. I was impressed with the structure of the book even more than the cool high-tech esthetics (vibrant colors, interactive descriptions). The deliberate and consistent layout of the pages along with single touch hyperlinks to definitions, ECG explanations and examples made the book easy to follow and the content easy to remember. "I Read ECGs" is a must-have for medical students and medical professionals alike. It will be your go-to book. "Two hearts up!"

Invaluable ECG resource for students and clinicians. The best ECG book I have come across. It was extremely useful during the wards and will be a great resource to have with me on the floors. Dr. Torosoff and Dr. Fein take you step by step through the process of interpreting normal and abnormal ECGs. I highly recommend this book to anyone in the medical field!!

Another Jewel in the"I Read" series. Amazing graphics! Writers help you understand the concepts behind Electrocardiogram. Excellent resource for learning. The only book you need to get very comfortable with ecg. Thanks to authors for doing such an awesome job in making learning easy!
