Addictive. Even though the book is considered erotic it has a really good storyline. It’s funny at times and all the characters are well written.

Who needs sleep?!. I’d rather stay up and burn the pages of this book. I haven’t been into a series like I am with this one, in a long time. I plan to finish this series, and hopefully more by the author.

Taunting Destiny. Book two of the Fae Chronicles and it is just as captivating as the first! This story just gets better and better with each book. As the character development and background continues to be revealed I have found myself on the edge of my seat and cannot wait to continue reading.

Great Read!. One of my new favorite series!

Maybe 3.5 stars. Not as good as the first book. Still a overall a good story that I want to read the next to finish. I thought I would get closure with Ryder and Synthia, but I didn’t. I also didn’t like the turn Adam took as someone who lusted after her. I liked him as a funny friend/brother.

ADDICTING: Hooked Line & Sinker from page 1!!. I absolutely LOVED this book, the entire series, I was hooked from the first page-couldn't put them down, stayed up all hours of the night reading them! These books are currently my fav! I was pleasantly surprised by the eroticism of these books, since i had no idea! This book was about the growth & challenges for A lot of the characters. A transformation for Syn, one she struggles with, yet finally embraces. I was very satisfied. What I love most about these books, other than Ry & Syn, & their chemistry is that even though these books had so much erotica, there was a strong, amazingly thought out storyline throughout the books. I will be reading them over & over again!!

This story just keeps getting better. Synthia does not lose her spunk or loyalty as she learns more things about her life or I should say New Life. She’s fallen hard in love and refuses to allow her fear to dictate her actions. But as surprises and twists keep happening to our heroine, Syn just keeps getting up and enduring even when she just wants to give up. But Synthia is a survivor and will do what is needed of her. Finding out she’s The Light Heir only to find out she isn’t has Syn dizzy with all the constant changes. As I mentioned in my title, this story just keeps getting better. Wow now I have to read the third book because she is instructed to kill the elusive Horde King but his powerful presence has her instant submission. What will our girl do?

Loved it!!!. This series is one of my all time favorite series. The author, Amelia Hutchins, is also in my top five favorite authors of all time. So, I knew I’d love it, and I was right. You can’t go wrong with any of her books. They are steamy and filled to the brim with epic storylines. Definitely read this series!!! You won’t regret it. Happy Reading!!!

Steamy and Engaging Series. I really enjoyed reading this series. The characters were well developed, the plot was interesting and action packed, and it was sexy as hell. It’s a series I’d acually re-read.

Loved it!. This book was such a page turner. I couldn't put it down! Excitedly waiting for the 3rd book to come out!

It was alright.. All right so I read the first one. It left me at a cliff hanger... so I bought the second. The plot was great the sex scenes were annoying. I found myself skipping over pages. “Tell me you want it you want my c***” over and over again the same dirty talk and a weak heroine who is reduced to nothing. I simply wish she was portrayed as a stronger character instead of always crying. By the end of the second book everything has changed she wasn’t this fae but that fae. Too many turns and twist. Just keep in mind if you want to finish the story you have to actually buy all the books in the series because each one leaves you with a cliffhanger.

Wish they were audible books too!. Fantastic series! Just wish they were also audible books so I don’t have to just sit there while reading.

Lots of plot twists. The storyline is still good but I preferred the first book more. The number of plot twists keeps things interesting but you get to a point where you think ‘really, how much more can this girl take?’. I might take a break before the next book just to give my mind a break.

Around in circles. The story line is good, but I often get angry as you seem to always go around in circles, yes I get it he want her and she wants him, but I’m over hearing about her anger and frustration and over Ryder wanting his pet, just get on with the story, you like to focus on the bickering, which makes me flick through paragraphs.

Awesome. Great story line and hard to put down. Looking forward to the rest of the series

Dragging a good story down. Story and smut great… what is trash is the long winded explanations and unnecessary inner dialogue - it’s unnecessary because it’s thoughts and feelings that have already been communicated I found myself skipping whole pages just so I could progress the story…
