Captivating or scary?. Not sure where this is going. So far it is tough to put down but I don't like the violence. Hope part two is less so.

Alastair affair series. Ahhhh this ended in a cliffhanger!! Will a relationship develop between Alastair and Dani? They have such a new relationship why is she so curious about him?Will we find out more about Alastairs past -why is the the way he is? Very curious about what will happen in next book!

The Alastair affair on iBooks. This book is crazy! So intense! Dark and mysterious but also alluring and sexy. Their connection is obvious but scary.

The Alastair Affair. WOW!!! Is the only word I can come up with. I started reading it and didn't know if I would like it but the more I read the harder it was to put my iPad down. Scarlett Edwards has done a fantastic job with this book and I'm looking forward to reading book 2.

Dark and Steamy. I want to know happens next. Just finished book 1 and I want... need book 2 quick. It's one of those stories where you are totally absorbed and cannot put it down. Highly recommended read.

Couldn't stop reading.... I downloaded this book because I wanted to see if it would hold my attention like the first book in the Uncovering You series (still saddened I missed out on the gifted series) & it definitely kept me reading! It's much darker than the first book from Uncovering You, but it keeps you wanting to know more. Can't wait to read the next book!

Intense OMG!!!. This book is so intense and so compelling. Ok one hand you're thinking that these characters are a little crazy, however on the other hand you're thinking about what's going to happen next and waiting for the suspense. The author did an amazing job writing this book of vulnerability and dominance. I can't wait to read the others.

Uncomfortable but interested. Spoiler Alert There is violence and perceived actions against a person unwilling. These things were hard to read and a bit shocking but I kept reading because I wanted to know what happens, which in my world makes for a pretty good book. I look forward to how this story resolves itself and how the characters may change as a result.

Good for a free read. For the Alastair affair book 1 by Scarlett Edwards This is a very short book. It lets you go through it fast but the downfall is that there is not a lot of character development and everything is a bit rushed. It has a lot of potential but seems like it is just a draft of a longer novel.
