Whimsical rollicking murder mysteries.. What I have learned over many years of reading is that good authors start with a bang, but GREAT authors can keep the heightened fizz going until the last line of the book. And their follow-up books are just as good! Alex A. King is one of those authors. One whose paper copy ends up in my selective library. The Greek Ghoul’s series is a set of whimsical rollicking murder mysteries. There’s nothing like helpful advice from a bunch of hapless ghosts.

Good story, cracking pace, awful proof-reading. A likeable heroine, a tasty slice-of-life on a Greek island, interesting characters and story, but the book is so full of errors that it interrupts the flow.

Couldn’t put this book down. One of those books that you just wish would never end. Believable plot twists, engaging characters. Growing up in greece it was so nice to see some of the language =)

Oh what fun!!. I did so enjoy reading this funny little book I picked up. Really had to concentrate on the Native vernacular; well, at my age, anything not in English would need an explanation. Greek murder is funny!. I really enjoyed this book, especially after reading several serious thrillers and dystopian sci-fi! I found myself laughing out loud- in public! I strongly recommend this book!
