Very pleased. I thought that the story and the detail put in this book was amazing, and it had some really heart felt moments. The ending really surprised me.

This war. This was a really good book it is sad at the end but otherwise it is really good By the way Luke dies on the last Jedi

Amazing story. This book was a very nice fanmade story… Even though we really do not know the real fate of Ahsoka, aside from her leaving the Jedi Order, it really dives into the feelings of Rex, Ahsoka, and Anakin… I loved it… A must read for any StarWars fan :)

End isn't canon, but still good. Great book, however the last chapter throws canon out the window, at least for Ahsoka's character. Other than that it was good. Just skip the last chapter.

Star Wars: ThisWar review-. Some of the things in here weren't mentioned by Wookiepedia, which for me was confusing. Other than that, this book was amazing and had some twisting plots.

Sad and happy at the same time=Sappy. “I love this but, Ahsoka and Rex actually didn’t die the ending was so sad. They escaped order 66 together red went through with it so she got him under something and removed his chip. When they escaped the ship ahsoka new troops,and half of the 501st was destroyed including Arc. Trooper Jesse.”

Best book. This is one of the best Star Wars books I've ever read. It answered so many questions for me.

Good story until the end.. I liked this story, good action and character interaction. It could have easily ended after the factory battle and everybody's recovery. But no, the author had to throw in six pages of non relevance which destroyed the future episodes of this continuing story.

Good read, bad ending. Pretty good book altogether. If you can look past the typos and such ("Manuel" instead of ”manual" etc) and the fact that the ending does not mesh with the current cannon at all. I think the author did a good job of telling us how hard the war was on Rex and anakin but I think he tried to quickly wrap it up just when it was really building into something great.

Lol. I have no idea what this is about becuase I skipped everything in hope of finding a piece of cake but if I had to guess it would have sucked really bad Like eating an apple and finding a worm in it I would like to say that get a life I mean seriously u really care what I think about this book

This books ending was very dark. Two main characters die I'm surprised who they were (spoiler alert) Rex💣 and ashoka💉

Well. Written. A good book to read if you enjoy Star Wars. It was not overly predictable like some books.

Sadly it completes the gaps. This book is a glimpse into the clone wars that helps see what happens to drive Anikin >Vader to the dark side that was his way of getting away form all the death that drove his emotion. As Darth Vader he doesn't have to deal with pain of losing people he cares for he just follow his destiny

Great. Awesome but Paul dunahoo is right fan fiction you can tell because In the fifth season of Star Wars At the end Ahsoka left the Jedi Not sure about Rex though.

Star Wars the revels. It's based of Star Wars the clone wars it's a good book up to the end which was a total lie if you watched Star Wars the clone wars and Star Wars Rebels u will understand so for those of u that have not washed those showes don't believe the end it's a lie

Wonderful story but.... I enjoyed this book a lot just like any other Star Wars fan but it has several things in the end that were not correct according to Star Wars lore Rex and Ashoka survived even in the the war between the empire and the rebellion. The captivating story brings a new angle to the war, I recommend this to anyone who likes a good book.

Meh…. (Spoilers ahead) This reads more like a fan fiction based off of TCW series. Definitely not canon. The story is sort of like a long build to this upcoming epic mission, but then falls pretty flat. Not much depth to the settings or scenes. And then barely any insight into Ashoka’s leadership during the battle which is literally the entire point to the whole story in regards to Anakin not knowing if he can let her grow as a leader because he fears losing her. The characters and just overall vibe are written as if the author watched the prequels a couple of times and then did a surface level Google search of the Star Wars universe. Obviously this is in comparison to TCW and Rebels, but unfortunately this story will be scrutinised because of the material that’s out there and that we know so much about these characters and the clone wars. Also, I don’t understand the point of the contradicting last chapter at the end…

Great. Fills in the gaps between the Clone Wars and Episode 3! I always wondered what happened to them.

Childish and rushed. A very quick read that told a story I wasn't interested in. The ending is very rushed and isn't the canon story of what happened as both characters that died in the book actually survived

Star Wars book review. For starters,this book is incorrect because Ashoka DID NOT DIE.She just left the Jedi Temple and if you want to know why watch it the last couple of episodes in season five of the clone wars.Sorry,but I am NOT a spoiler.Anyway,she comes back in the new Star Wars series Rebels.Rex ALSO comes back in the new series.So dude,those are two things you got wrong already. But because I am a nice person,I'm not going to point out the OTHER five million things you got wrong.So if you plan to write another book,do some proper research this time. Love, A Fifth Grader

Lucky this isn't canon. I really enjoyed the bulk of the book but it got extremely sad at the end. Ashoka didn't die like that. She lived a long life and died a peaceful death on Coruscant after the Empire had been crushed. Captain Rex helped Kanan and Ezra in the rebellion. If they died like this, I would've cried.na great book in overall and a sad, but memorable, ending.

Great book but not on par with real story. Ahsoka didn't die the way described in the book she was framed and kicked out of the Jedi temple, when she was proved innocent she refused to rejoin the order.

Ok (literally). The story was OK, but the ending...I guess wierd. On Star Wars the Clone Wars website (published and edited by George Lucas)said Captan Rex joined the Rebel alliance. Wierd huh?
