Disappointing trip... I loved trip in the first book, he just seemed so sweet even though Layla kept looking way into some of his actions like girls do. But the second book really made me dislike him. He was just so impulsive he didn’t seem to care about what Layla was going through and the tough positions he was putting her in. I also hated the fact that he started showing signs of having a drinking problem just like the father he so hated. I was very disappointed in the way his character developed in this second book. I hope he straightens up for the final book in the trilogy.

This is stupid and pointless to the first book. I hate this book, there's soooo many unanswered questions what happened to trip and Layla? Where did this Devin guy come from and why is he here?

When life gets in the way. This book shows us just how life can complicate what our hearts really want. This book is great and explains how individual choices and failure to make your wants known can lead to not being true to oneself. Couldn't wait for the third after reading this!
