Terrific read!. One of those books that have you flipping back through the pages, rereading the parts that tie it all together. Now I gotta buy a hard copy to loan to my friends!
Page turner. Excellent debut; didn't want to put it down. Loved the writing style and the pacing. Nothing gratuitous necessary to hold your interest, just plain good writing. Can't wait for more from Flynn Berry.
Great Read. Truly first class plot and characters and a writing style that makes you feel like you are inside the main character’s mind.
Mesmerizing. I could not put this book down. Clever and taut with suspense!
Under the Harrow. This book was confusing and hard to follow. I’ve read others by the same author such as Northern Spy that were much more enjoyable.
Disappointing. Just a mediocre book. Thought it was highly gratuitous. The overuse of street corners, and other locations around England was unnecessary in the storytelling. The plot was fair, but the average reader will have it figured long before the end.
