Aurora by Kim Stanley Robinson Book Summary
2122 ember él egy többgenerációs csillaghajón, amely a haldokló Földtől 11,9 fényévre lévő Tau Ceti felé tart egy új otthon felfedezésének reményében. A lány felnőtté válása során körbeutazza az összes ökoszisztémát, megismerkedik a helyi kultúrákkal és mély kötődést alakít ki az emberekkel. Ha az anyja a kolóniák agya, akkor Freya a szíve. Azonban még ő sem tudja, hogy képes lesz-e felkészíteni a távoli űrbe vándorolt emberiséget arra, ami hosszú útjuk végén és új életük kezdetén vár rájuk, mert egy új otthon teremtése nem csak a Földön, hanem attól 11,9 fényév távolságra is rengeteg kihívással, nem várt fordulattal és veszéllyel jár.
