Love love love. Okay, I was a bit hesitant to read this because you don't find out much about Farrell in the mob boss series (nico's book). But then you read about him in Luca's book but you're so distracted by what's going on that you miss him. Well I absolutely love this book. This is by far my favorite book of the whole series including Nico's and Luca's. You're writing style has me getting to know the characters and it keeps getting better and better. But I digress. Farrell Black met Jenna at a bar an was completely taken to her. He started off at the bottom of the "mob" but now he's the leader of the London portion. Jenna was happy with him, she didn't have a very happy childhood or stable one. She ends up pregnant and is afraid the child will not have the security she needs with Farrell since he's involved in mob business. She leaves him without him knowing she's pregnant and moves to New York. Fast forward five years and she's back in London to bury her father. She can't avoid Farrell especially when she seeks his help to uncover her dad's death. Overall, I loved the storyline, I even liked the ending and can't wait for the other books. I liked this book better than the previous ones. And after hearing he's supposed to look like Tom hardy only taller! Ahhh my man! *A copy of this book was given to me, in return for an honest review.

Hot Mob Man. What is it with Michelle St. James and her HOT Mob men? Ahhh... I fell hard for Farrell Black in Savage. I honestly was not a big fan of him when we met him in Ruthless (Mob Boss #1). Although he is cold, dangerous, lethal and downright closed off, we see a loving, giving, protective man with a soul when he is with Jenna Carver, his only and true love. Jenna never saw Farrell coming. When their paths collided one night at a pub, neither expected their to be an explosive connection. One that shattered both of their defenses, allow their hearts to fill with love. Jenna knew that Farrell lived a dangerous life and excepted it until she knew it was too dangerous for the life growing inside her. Leaving behind the man she loved, she fled London with her secret to New York. 5 Years later, and Jenna was back in London for her fathers funeral. The place that held so many memories, good ones and bad ones. Memories of him and the feelings she tried so hard to forget, but that was easier said than done. Farrell was bitter and mad, mad that Jenna left him. Saying goodbye through a letter. So when he went to pay his respects, he couldn't deny what he felt when he saw her again. All his anger turned to lust. She looked the same, but there was something different about her. Jenna fought her attraction to him, even when he made it clear that he still wanted her. She had Lily to think about now, the reason she left him years ago. But when she discovers items hidden in her father's jacket sleeve, she knows only one person who can help her, Farrell. Together they piece together what the items mean while Farrell reclaims Jenna as his. As truths are uncovered, danger lurks in the shadows threatening everything Jenna worked so hard to separate herself from, and the secret she kept from Farrell. Could it be Jenna's persistence to find out what her father knew that ends up putting Lily in danger? Will Jenna finally think with her heart? Will Farrell learn about his daughter? Great job Michelle! Can't wait to see what is going to happen next.

Ugh!. I could only give it 3 because NOTHING is resolved. It's an amazing story very well written but, Jenna and Farrell's relationship hangs, the death of her father hangs, it just ends with all these unresolved issues. I hate that! Be warned if you get it you'll have to get the next if you want to know what happens.

Couldn’t put it down. Omg! One of the best books I’ve read. It had me drawn from beginning and disappointed it ended. Currently reading part 2

I need more!!!. Once I started reading, I couldn't stop. The way it's written between both of the main characters makes you never want to put it down and before you know it, it only took you a day to read it. There were some parts where my heart beat was racing and parts where I wanted to slap some sense into the main character but now I seriously can't wait till April when the second book comes out. I already pre-ordered. If you liked the Mob Boss books, you'll love this one! It's full of hard decisions, adventure, and lust that makes your blood boil. I love Michelle's books!

3 books?!. How many times can the girl leave the guy? Sheesh, Jenna, enough already! I'm good with reading a series - if the story truly supports the length and breadth of the "cliffhangers". This should have had an "HEA" at the end rather than an "HFN". As hot as Farrell Black is, and as cute as Lily is, I just can't stand more of Jenna. THE END.

Farrell vs. Miss Doubtfire. In other words Farrell is the star not Jenna who is to weak for him. You needed a heroine to match Farrell. There is no chemistry between them ergo the numerous sex scenes become tedious! 1 story = 1 book. These are not sequels.

Good book. Took me a few pages to realize I had previously complete this series. Good book and a wonderful author.

Savage. I really liked this book, just wish it didn’t end as a cliffhanger. Oh well I’ll just say it has a happy ending because I never buy the sequels.

Wow. What an amazing story, I can't wait for the next book in the series. I literally couldn't put this book down and read it in a few hours. The story had me gripped from the start.

Great read. Great story, didn't want to put it down. My only criticism would be, it's a British based story but the author uses a lot of American terminology which gets annoying, I found myself getting distracted from the story at times because of this. Other than that though great book, I'll be getting the next one that's for sure

Good read. Good read, but if a book is based in London then use pounds not dollars, trousers not pants etc etc this irritated me through out the book.

Savage. My favourite kind of book; an exciting fast paced thriller dealing with the mob, spying, betrayal and despite all of the above with believable characters that just loved one another but faced such difficulties to be together. The story was very different from any book I have read recently. I could not put this book down until it was finished and I will be buying the next two in the series. It was that good.
