Wonderful story!. This book was amazing! The details and time spent laying out the story was amazing! Such a great read

Cute historical romance. I liked the idea of the Jamaican Celeste with her siren voice and all the magical elements.

Theory 0f Magic. Good read, easy to follow, enjoyed the funny situations. Nice to see that even back then there was a form of feminism, yet women used it in such a way that men didn't feel like they were being pushed aside. But women were able to make their feelings and opinions known. Just in a gentler different way, without demeaning them selves.

Seeing Blind. A juicy plot line involving what you can and cannot see. The tension of the love story ran a little flat 2/3s through but still a good book overall.

Appropriate. This was hilarious with heat, not stiff like some historical are.

Theory of Magic. This was a really great read, I just couldn’t put it down! I don’t typically read historical romance novels, but this one intrigued me, with a blind main character. I loved that the main female character was not a beautiful, petite young woman, but instead one described as an Amazon. Highly enjoyable.

A Fab Read. This is the third book in the series about how the Ives brothers find love. Duncan or Ash, is the most arrogant and totally uncontrolled; his recent blindness and resulting frustration has made his temper worse however, from his first meeting with Harriet, she has the ability to calm him, to distract his thoughts to amusement or lust. Harriet had never been appreciated in her own home and has always tried to fade into the woodwork (or behind a column) but in the house of a blind marquess and using her middle name of Christie she finds the courage to exert herself and become the woman she was always meant to be. Another great story from Ms Rice. Thoroughly recommended. I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. Didn’t enjoy it at all. Found it very difficult to read just because there seem to be so many prominent characters in the story it was hard to remember who was who etc

Harriet runs away from her step-father, who is trying to marry her off to steal her inheritance, and sees the blind Earl Ash fight off a thief. She pretends to be Miss Christie” looking for work. She is absorbed into his crazy family and declared family by the Witch descendants. She hadn’t realised she had special gifts.

Loved it. I loved this story. It kept me highly entertained until the very end.
