Just not it for me. God the lamb part was killing it for me 💀

LOVED IT. everything was amazing except the use of “little lamb” during sex was very off putting.

Shockingly loved it!. I was hesitant to read this but September was my month to get out of my comfort zone - bookwise, and this book was so HOT! I usually update my husband on what I’m reading by telling him about the spicy scenes and all he could say was “sacrilegious” but I didn’t care. It was hot and so good. Tyler can pray with me any day!!

READ THEM ALL!!. This was so well written. Perfect pacing. EXTRA HOT SPICE. Buying the whole series ASAP.

So Good. This book was really really good, the only thing I would change would be the ending. I just felt as if it happened to fast and they needed a little more time ir to realize how much they needed each other after he left telling her he forgave her. And she realizes that she needs him and realizes it too. I wanted them to run for each other like they thought this was the last time. I wanted her to appreciate how good of a man she got. I wish I saw her POV more because from my perspective she didn’t care as much as she says she did but I feel like that’s a misunderstanding, she does care I know that but yea. This book was really good. They overcame a lot of problems and made progress. I love this book tho 10/10

Forgive me father for I have sinned. Priest is a scandalous story about a young ordained catholic priest who has been upholding his vow to God for three years until temptation sat in his confession booth. There is sex, more sex, and definitely some blasphemy. Tyler is a priest who shall not marry, who shall follow his God, and who shall guide his congregation. Tyler vowed his life to his religion three years ago following rules set by God, until she came. Tyler wanted both lives—the life where he was a believer and priest and the life where he was man and woman. He asks himself this question, “Is it truly so terrible for a man of God to have sex?” Followed by his response: “Is it so wrong to want both? I wanted to lead this church, I wanted to help people find God. But dammit, I wanted Poppy too, and I didn’t think it was fair that I had to choose”. This is the premise of the story. With elements of guilt, shame, forgiveness, sin, and hope. Here’s the issue, Tyler is still very much a man beneath the chasuble. He still has urges and carnal desires but not for three years, since being ordained. Tyler has shown restraint and trust to his parish both publicly and privately. If there is one thing I remember about Catholics is their need for confessions. Confessions provide help and support from the priest. It’s not surprising that Father Bell is on the other side of the confession screen when she comes into his church, a non-Catholic seeking redemption from her sins. This doesn’t get any more taboo or forbidden than an ordained priest taking vows of celibacy. After all, Tyler was twenty-six when he became ordained meaning he’s had years of sex prior to becoming a priest. He’s well educated in the woman’s body and the ways in which to bring them pleasure. I must say Sierra has a natural ability at writing naughty, sexy, and deliciously dirty tales of the forbidden kind. The explicit details she provides places the reader in the scene. Sierra writes about controversial topics that skirt the moral high ground between right and wrong. It’s fun reading both positive and negative reviews in regards to this non-traditional forbidden love story between a priest and a non-catholic woman whose current career choice will scorn the priest. It’s so intense. It’s so sexually graphic. Priest is seduction, sin, and sex all carved into one. The religious language and bible references were lost to me as a non-believer, so I skimmed those scenes.

Amazing!. An amazing forbidden love story. The narration was off the charts!! Sexy, erotic and absolutely worth the listen. I highly recommend this book.

Meh. The smut was great but the story was very forced.

I tried….. I must admit, I love my smut! Truly! And man…this one has it. But…I had to stop reading about half way in. The filthy mixed with the sacrilegious scenes were just so unnecessary and honestly…beyond what was needed for a great book! The book about the brother, 10/10! But the use of the church setting for the filthy scenes just didn’t sit well with me! Go on, get your smut…but using the inside of the church I just couldn’t get behind it. Truly can appreciate great writing and good smut…but you lost me with using the inside of religious place. Even if it happens, it’s still not something that should be celebrated or created in fiction and fantasy. I really wanted to finish, but felt to much guilt. The writing and smut definitely five stars, but the element of sacrilegious connotation was just way to over the top. Sad…but moving on!

Satisfied!. This is one of those erotic books that stimulates your inner scholar, tugs at your heart, tantalizes your carnal needs and leaves you fully satisfied!

Good lawd. Made me… feel things to say the least. Descriptions of scenes were out of this world.

Priest. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to read this book. It had good reviews so I took a chance. One of the best decisions I’ve made. The 2 main characters are people I will remember for ever. This book was everything I could have hoped for and more. It had all the hot romance I was looking for and the the writing was amazing. I felt everything these characters felt including sadness, confusion and desperation. Don’t let those emotions turn you away!! I would highly recommend reading it. Take the chance. You won’t regret it!!

Wow wow wow. WOW! I read a lot of books in this genre and I’m picky, but this was AMAZING! The steamy sex scenes were HOT! But more than that this book is about love and finding yourself. I was hooked and couldn’t put it down! Can’t wait to read the next installment!

Obsessed. I loved this book with my whole heart. Not only for the smut but the chemistry that the characters share.

Sheesh.. I have a meeting with some leaders in the Baltimore Arch Diocese today, and let’s just say, I’ll be paying full attention to scope of work and not on the lookout for Fr. Bell. 😭😭 PHYCH!!

Filthy. I am an avid “smut” reader so nothing really makes me react, but this? This book will exceed every filthy expectation you had.

Just wrong. It was just wrong on all levels. The author was forcing the sacrilege too much. Some of the abominable things the priest did were just so unnecessary. It was so hard to read and I’m not even religious.

Is it hot in here?. Jesus lord please help me this was too much too fast. I love it.

Best book EVER. His inner thoughts and controlled behavior sent me spiraling. I can’t recommend this book enough.

I read that book and is well written, the characters and the theme was very interesting and maybe because for some reason the readers not write a review of the book,maybe the author not continue the story because the ending was so saddened and would like the author continue the story::::::::: Highly recommended

Crude. One of a only a few books I couldn't finish - The subject was distasteful and the writing juvenile.

nice but…. It started really well but i was very turned off by the various use of sacrilege in the book. he used many sacred items to incorporate in his dirty activities with Poppy and would justify it with the most ridiculous things to make it seem as if she was being ‘reborn’ or this was ‘holy’. F*ck off.

not what i expected. I assumed this book would be super taboo, full of sex and just register as good overall to be soon forgotten on my reading list. Yes, it does have super hot sex, some of the best described scenes that I've ever read. And yes, some of it is very taboo, namely the places of the sex encounters. But— I loved the overall story and the man. I really liked that even though it is an erotic fantasy type of story it isn't dumbed down. Both the male and female leads are smart and relatable. They have actual conversation and thoughts about life issues (it isn't all about the nookie). He really cares about the church. Tyler is a good guy. He does do wrong by his office, but it isn't in blatant disregard. I don't think any other woman would have been an issue for him. There is an undeniable connection between these two. Another aspect that I like is that even though he has alpha and derogatory 'bedroom' ways, he really knows how to please a woman realistically, and he is a total women's rights advocate in all other aspects of life. Even though he desires things to go a certain way, he would never push someone to decide in his favor. He's a man who loves a certain woman and wants to have dirty, dirty sex with her. At the same time, he loves God, and he feels led to serve others, to bless them with service, as I've heard said in church. He fills every moment helping the community in some way until his encounter with her. For me there was a message that sometimes life is going to lead you in a different direction that the one you had planned. The song line 'sometimes I thank God for unanswered prayers' comes to mind. Occasionally, you have to find a new path and go do what's right for you even if you don't know if there will be a reward at the end. This story has elements of forgiveness, accepting mercy and letting go of hurt. Also, it definitely has flaming sex (as in you will need to allow yourself some 'me time' while reading).

Breathtaking, sexy and beautiful.. Genuinely loved this story and surprisingly what I was able to draw from it about my sexuality as a woman, individuality, religion and God Himself. Despite what other reviewers have said, this is an amazing read and I can’t wait to read more of Simone’s work <3

I went to catholic school every Sunday and this book made me have naughty, filthy thoughts. This book connected with my cold black heart and I loved it! Was different. Father Bell🩷🩷. Honestly… I read “Sinner” before reading Priest and holy COW was Priest INSANE!!! There’s so much going on in this book - it’s VERY messy, often sacrilegious, and sexy all throughout! Tyler and Poppy’s story was, surprisingly, full of God. I could feel the guilt, the shame, the want, the love in the pages. This was an incredible read! If you’re not a fan of a Priest breaking LITERALLY all the rules of Catholicism, this may not be the book for you💀😂 it was great for me tho!! 10/10, and extra points for how emotional Father Bell was throughout this book, he was so emo and sO WAS I!

Actual porn. VERY descriptive. Definitely the smuttiest book I’ve read so far. Ending seems a bit rushed. Overall good read, just be prepared to be left uninterrupted for a while lol.

Controversially refreshing. As a Christian I find some of the venue hard to accept but I understand it. A man struggling with guilt, passion and love, how can you not understand that? I love how the author weaves the bible and sin and guilt and love. Although some of it seem blasphemous, It is refreshing. I give it 5 stars. P.S: this read is for the open minded.

Pretty good…. It’s a pretty smutty book so considering that - it’s a pretty good storyline too. The characters (specifically the priest) are more interesting than the storyline but besides that a pretty good book :)

A naughty lust/love story. Excellent storyline with relatable characters. Perhaps it could have been longer; but it was still enjoyable. Much cheaper on Audible though, so look there first :)
