Calming Influence. I may need another read to fully digest all the terms but I read a bit of this book each morning and it was a calming influence.

A thoughtful reading companion. This book is written with care and love which is felt page after page, in each word. It is a gentle reminder to appreciate the moment, to live a life of gratitude and compassion. A personal perspective that allows the reader to also reflect on their own journey.

There’s wisdom in these pages. Many of us are seekers. We are searching for a deeper understanding of the nature of life and the possibilities for peace and happiness. This book helped me by demonstrating the power of a simple concept: living in the moment. The discussion is clear and concise, easy to understand but gives one much to ponder over. This is certainly a book I’ll come back and revisit as I’ve highlighted my favorite passages.
