Boring. Kept waiting for it to get more exciting but it never did. Don’t bother.

Obsession. I loved the story line although there were times I wasn't sure who was "thinking" and would have to return to the beginning of the chapter. All in all, it was a great story and great characters. I look forward to reading another book by this author.

Gripping right till the end. Real page turner and you start to feel real emotion for the characters. Some of the story lines are predictable but then you get thrown as it takes a twist

Arghh!!. I thought the story line was great, the whole book was so interesting, I finished it in a couple days, but, the ending was so annoying, I'm still angry with how it ended!!

Waste of time. I read a book a fortnight and this was the worst book I have read this year... boring dragged out, extremely unrealistic and a silly ending. Do not bother.

Awful. Utterly unrealistic! Rarely have I disliked a story and it's main characters so much. The plot while well written is too ridiculous for words.

Boring. Did not like how the book was stop, start constantly. Never got into it and the plot was boring. Having read a lot of thrillers this just was below average.

What?!. Excited to begin but then the feeling of being dragged out. You're invested by this point and continue then you get to the end...... awful, what a waste of a read!

Not sure. I tried to enjoy this book, but it was unrealistic & at times it read like an English essay from school where you were encouraged to "describe" things. Dragged out at the end and I skipped paragraphs just to get the book finished. Only to find a rubbish ending.

Good read. I liked this book a lot, the style of writing fluent and easy to read. Keeps the reader engaged. I would definitely recommend this book.

It was good but.... I devoured this book on a rare day off work. The previous reviews were right; it is a page-turner. However, some of the dialogue felt dated, at times. A modern story with turn of the century dialogue? Also, a bit too 'Dallas' at times, too. There were a couple of descriptive repetitions, which is disappointing. Overall, it was a different writing style, from the varied perspectives of the characters, which initially felt clever. Insightful. But then also confusing, at times, and occasionally far-fetched. A good read, a good first novel...not sure I'd read a similar style of 'character-perspective' again though.

Do not buy. This is truly the most frustrating pointless book I’ve ever read. Waiting for the big crescendo ending and all I got was a soggy wet splat. The worst. I’ll never read this author again!

Boring!. When I read the review about not being able to put it down I thought it would be a great read. But this was nothing but a bad read. Only reason I persevered was to get to some action. The whole story line is so far fetched and I believable so the author lost all credibility. Don’t bother with this one...find something worth your time.
