Fuel for Fire. Outstanding! Each Black Knights Inc. book is better than the last! The suspense, the drama, the intrigue, you are on the edge of your sit from the beginning. The men and women of the Black Knights Inc. get into some difficult and intense situations. This book is no different. Chelsea and Dagan are so much fun, even in the middle of chaos and danger. Their unique friendly banter and bickering just barely covers their attraction. When they finally succumb to their passion it is white hot - just as they imagined it would be. But, Chelsea has a big secret that she needs to confess and hopes that Dagan understands and forgives. As heart-pounding as the mission is, the love story between Chelsea and Dagan is so much more. I absolutely recommend this book. It is truly a thrilling suspense romance that you won't want to put done. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Another hit out of the park!!. Love, love, love this book! The chemistry between Chelsea and Dagan is awesome and I have been waiting (impatiently lol) for their story. I love Chelsea's sassy quips and Dagan's protectiveness. They are perfect for each other. Of course, there are issues that must be overcome from evil villains to past secrets. No spoilers here, so you will just have to read the book. You want regret it!! If you haven't read any BKI books, what are you waiting for?!?! Each book is a standalone about a different couple. No cliffhangers! Lots of chemistry and suspense and also interactions that introduce you to future couples! You won't regret purchasing any of Julie Ann Walker's books, so get to reading!!! Fuel for Fire. I loved this book. I have been waiting for Dagan Zoelner's story ever since the very first book (Hell on Wheels) and I was definitely not disappointed. I enjoyed getting to know Dagan and Chelsea better, as well as Christian, Ace, and Emily. I appreciated that the story stuck to the main scenario and didn't try to mix too many themes in all at once. Overall I would definitely recommend this book to friends!

Awesome series. So awesome. It is action packed and leaves you wanting more. Couple steamy sex scenes. Really sick people and a mysterious bad guy. Chelsea worked intelligence for the CIA but has been loaned out to the BLACK KNIGHTS INC. She is in England undercover trying to find info on one of the most hideous crime syndicates boss. She needs to download a virus so the guys back home can break into his computer. But it backfires and her team has to come in and rescue her. Dagan was a CIA agent until they turned against him. He now works for BKI and has known and been attracted to Chelsea for years. He breaks down and tells her how he feels, she feels the same but she is keeping a big secret. First he has to get her back to the states and keep her alive. Will he forgive her or how she lost her heart? *VOLUNTARILY REVIEWED BOOK FOR NETGALLEY *

Sizzle. This is book #10 in the Black Knights Inc. series. This book can be read as a standalone novel. To really appreciate the goodness that is BKI, I think the reader should read this series in order. Dagan AKA "Z" is both a co-worker and frenemy with Chelsea. They have worked together in more than one company, and trust is important in their line of work. If only he can turn off the dreams he has about her. Chelsea has been in love with Z for years. He has never known the part she has played in his past, either. Keeping secrets has gotten her no where. Maybe it is time to tell? Under the BKI blanket, we always get a hot story, with a side of burnin' love. This one takes you over to the other side of the pond. With sexy accents, secrets, and a mystery to solve - this story unfolds quickly and satisfies with an HEA.

Last BKI book for me. I've bought 10 of her BKI books but this one was boring. It was short on "mission" action and even the mission was obvious regarding what was going to occur. The relationship between the characters was overdone and seemed more like the author was being paid for the number of words rather than the substance of the story. I won't be buying another of these books.

Emotional, Raw, Riveting.. Fuel for Fire by Julie Ann Walker had me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end. It’s one of those stories that has you reading as fast as you can to get to the end but also don’t want it to ever be over. Dagan and Chelsea are amazing characters. They are so real with each other from pouring out their love intimately to suffering and struggling after Chelsea shares her big bad secret. It was emotional, raw and so riveting. As for the danger and suspense, Walker does a fabulous job of setting up the scenes and describing them in enough detail to feel like you are living them out with the characters. I think at some point throughout the story I felt anxious, scared, joyful, happy, sad, and a heart so full of love that it was going to burst at the end. It was my kind of story. The adventure that was getting Chelsea back to America was creative and original. One of the things I love about the BKI books is that they are all so different. It’s not the same story with different characters. Each is unique in its own way and so well written for the characters. If you have read any of the other BKI books you know that Walker usually has a side story going on and in this one we see more of Christian and Emily. I wasn’t fond of them in the last book because their bickering really got to me, but they each showed a vulnerable side when it came to the other one and I am now looking forward to reading their book. Fuel for Fire is an incredible romantic suspense story with the perfect blend of action and adventure paired with a refreshing, passionate love story. It might be one of my favorite ones so far!

Great read!. 4.5 stars Hooray! Walker has finally unleashed Dagan and Chelsea into the wild! With Dagan, Emily, Ace, and Christian as her backup team, Chelsea heads to England to go undercover for the Black Knights in an attempt to find out who the villain, Spider, really is. Unfortunately, even the best laid plans of mice and men....don't always go according to plan. With Chelsea's life in danger, it's an eye opener for Dagan to finally deal with his attraction and for Chelsea to come clean about her role during Dagan's CIA days. Until now, Dagan and Chelsea's relationship has been a very extended version of foreplay. We're talkin' at least the last 5 books (or longer?) that Walker has been teasing readers with Dagan and Chelsea's tantalizing chemistry! All I'll say..I loved how they sizzled and burned, and their romance was well worth waiting for! Book #10 in the Black Knights Inc. series, Fuel For Fire was jam-packed with action, quirky humor, and one smokin' hot romance you don't want to miss! Dagan and Chelsea's story - What a ride!. I was excited to finally get Chelsea and Dagan's story. We have met them over several books and I couldn't wait to see how their story played out. Dagan and Chelsea are both tormented by events from the past. One event that affects them both. As they admit their feelings for each other, the past threatens to tear them apart. This book has all of the thrills of a BKI book. The story is non-stop and a real page turner. We get to catch up with old friends and get to know new characters. The story is so well written and the characters so well developed. I love how this author develops the characters through a few stories before giving them their own stories. I love this series. Great read!

BKI is back and as hot as ever!. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I love Julie Ann Walker's BKI and was so excited to read Dagan and Chelsea's story. I feel in love with them in Dan's book and knew they were going to be my favorite. Between Chels mother calling constantly and Dagan's brooding shelf they were going to be electric when they finally got their chance together. Also love the fact that he is form Cleveland, Ohio (hometown!). Julie Ann Walker never disappoints her readers and continues to wow them with each book. She is definitely the queen of romantic suspense. Dagan and Chelsea's story is unique because they already both know how they feel for the other one and are not afraid to let it be known. They are instead trying to navigate a relationship that might be unstable because of the burdens they both carry. In Chelsea's world, family means everything to her and she will do what she can to make sure that her mother is taken care of no matter what the cost. But when Dagan is thrown into her path, she can't ignore how he makes her feel she just wishes he would see her as a capable field agent and not someone who should be safe behind a desk. Dagan is trying to restart his life after what happened in Afghanistan with BKI, but carries the guilt with him every day. When he is partnered with Chelsea, he knows it's a mistake waiting to happen especially with how he feels about her. As their mission becomes comprised they will be forced to face not only their enemies but the feelings for each other. And they will need to learn to trust the other person with what has happened in their life, the good, the bad and the ugly. Their love for each other will be tested and it will surprise both of them when truths come out. Will they let their pasts come between them or will love conquer all and make them realize that as nothing is ever perfect and that you need someone to lean on every once and awhile? *thank you to the author for providing an arc*

Loved it!. Fuel For Fire was a fantastic read. It was fast paced, funny and steamy all rolled into one. I have anxiously awaited Dagan’s story and it did not disappoint. I have followed this series so I enjoyed going back and seeing old friends as well as making a few new friends. Loved it and can’t wait for the next one!

No Extra Fuel Needed. Reading this book was like rooting for the home team. It's about time Dagan and Chelsea made the move!!!! I started reading the BKI series when the first book was offered free through Bookbub. I was hooked! The guys are sexy. The women are strong. You can't help but root for them and impatient for the next installment. Thank you for such wonderful escapes.

Setting: UK and US When I need a Romantic Suspense fix, Julie Ann Walker is my drug of choice and her books are my crack. They are intense and insanely addictive and they're guaranteed to provide a wicked book hangover! Finally, the chemistry between Z and Duvall comes to fruition in yet another adrenaline-fueled, amazing thrill ride! It's funny, though, because I almost want to categorize this as a menage with the way "the Beard" was given its own entity! He's strong and a bit bull-headed. She's smart and a lot sassy. Together they are a ton of fun to read. Secondary characters mostly consist of Emily and Christian (I'm sure I'm not the only one dying in anticipation to see their story unfold) and newer member Ace. A few new faces in the mix of minor secondaries, too. The dialogue and interaction never disappoint. The plot was dynamic and exciting. The flow was fluid and perfectly paced. There were a few hurdles to overcome, which were met and resolved in mature and timely manners. The predictability was low. The conclusion provides an implied HEA, but nothing truly solid. The overall story line (Spider) appears as if it will continue in the next installment, which I eagerly shall await! Although each book features a new couple, the secondary characters are parts of a larger and longer plot that began in book one, therefore, for maximum enjoyment, I'd suggest reading this series from the beginning. I adore the fact that Chelsea is a full-figured, glasses-wearing woman. I honestly cannot remember the last book I have read with such a heroine. In some ways, Chelsea reminds me of a toned-down Penelope Garcia in the suspense TV series Criminal Minds, especially her sassy demeanor around the hot men in Black Knights Inc. FUEL FOR FIRE is book ten in Julie Ann Walker’s popular romantic suspense series, BLACK KNIGHTS INC. I have been anticipating Dagan and Chelsea’s book since her appearance in book six, HELL FOR LEATHER. The story can stand alone, but to understand the couple’s fun chemistry and the series’ back plot, reading the prior nine books is necessary. FUEL FOR FIRE is a spellbinding story of two people overcoming their past sins to act on their mutual attraction. I like how the author cleverly set-the-stage for the next couple in the upcoming book. I hope Julie Ann Walker considers writing a full-length book for Rusty and Ace. EXPLOSIVE chemistry (with a capital E). EXPLOSIVE chemistry (with a capital E), FUEL FOR FIRE couldn't be a more apropos title! Broodiness to the nth degree, Dayan and Chelsea characters made for some seriously great romantic suspense reading time! 4.5 stars I received this ARC copy of Fuel for Fire from SOURCEBOOKS Casablanca. This is my honest and voluntary review.

Suspense with a fun side!. First, let me just say that I love this cover! It makes me want to buy the paperback so I can admire it. Great cover, Great story! I've never read Julie Ann Walker and was hoping to find another author to add to my list of reads and I think I succeeded. I dove head first into the middle of another series and thankfully it paid off. I wasn't lost. Yes, you could tell the author was picking up where they left off in the previous story, but I understood what the story was about right in the beginning. There are several characters, but not so many that I couldn't keep up. I would classify this as heavy on the action/suspense, but still with a good dose of romance. In fact, I got to see two potential couples in this book instead of one. I enjoyed the interaction with both couples. Their banter was silly but fun, more of them picking on each other until they finally admitted to their feelings. Some may view it as a bit immature but I think it kept it light and fun in the middle of a suspenseful plot. I'm looking forward to going back and starting at book 1. ARC provided by NetGalley.

BKI boys are back. Fuel for Fire, the latest in Julie Ann Walker’s Black Knights, Inc. series, is the long awaited story of Dagan and Chelsea. The CIA agents have been circling around each other for years. A hallmark of Walker’s writing, this novel is filled with sexy banter, lots of action, and a plausible storyline. The majority of the novel takes place in London, so there aren’t many glimpses of the full BKI crew. However, we do get to see more of Christian and Emily, in preparation for their story later this year. I did have a minute of déjà vu at the end when it seemed as if Becky had the same conversation with Dagan as she did with Ozzie at the end of his book. As always, I love Walker’s books and overall this one didn’t disappoint. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this novel.

Amazing. As always Julie Ann Walker brings the heat. Lots of action, romance, hot sex, and a bit of mystery. I would have liked to Chelsea kick butt a little more. Dagan is mysterious, sexy, and maybe a little bit of a jerk. But all in all they are perfect for each other.
