Really enjoyed this.... Forbidden was the first book in this "genre" that I had ever read. I found it to be fun, humorous and beautiful. I get attached to the characters and read many more of her books solely based on reading this first one. I hope if you are reading this review and are on the fence you take a chance. I believe you won't regret it!

Incredible!!. I have never read erotic fantasy genre before but this book sold me. Cryessa was a beautiful and magical heroine. Tamolhn is the perfect hero. The story was so detailed I could feel myself standing in the Zinah's play room. Lots of unexpected twists and turns. It will draw you in and keep you there til the end. A definite must read!!

Captivating!!!. Forbidden is one of the few books that I have read in the past year that kept me on the edge of my seat. I couldn't put the book down! The characters came alive. Lots of unexpected curveballs are in here - Lila Dubois keeps the reader on their toes. Just when I expected something she would take the story on a path I did not expect. To say I loved this book is an understatement. I have already purchased the next two books in the series.

Unexpected depth and a new genre to explore. I wasn't sure what to expect when I began this book, as it is a genre I don't normally read, but I've loved other books by the author so I decided to give it a try. The story is very cleverly woven with elements of fantasy that being added depth while still leaving elements that we all seek in real life. The characters are richly written, with depths that we cannot even begin to imagine as pieces of their lives are revealed. The erotic side of the story is uniquely written, showing twists that are unexpected yet fantasy material for sure. Overall, I was very pleased and look forward to the next book in the series.

Forbidden is a tale unlike any other!. Wow, Forbidden was a surprise I wasn't ready for! This fantasy story was a spectacular read, it had action, angst, forbidden romance and BDSM. What's not to love? Cryessa and Tamlohn's story had me on the edge of my seat and would not allow me to stop turning the pages. I am not a huge fan of fantasy stories but this one I would read again and I am going to read the others in this series because I need to know what happens next in this world. Which Zinah will be next and who will his true love be? If you haven't read this story, you really should.
