Jim, from Queensland Australia, is a full-time Forex Trader, currently residing in Vietnam. During this time, he has developed and shared many trading systems for free, and assisted many new traders through various blogs and forum participation.

As the title indicates, this book is oriented toward giving beginners the basics. The author is a self-taught forex trader who became intrigued by currency exchange and its profits at a private gathering for stock traders. The text stands out for Brown's clear, concise language that, without being condescending, never takes the reader's knowledge for granted. Some of the basics covered are:

Great just great. Just started learning Forex, been hashing out studying 4-6 hours a day for the past month on baby pips(one of the authors resources in this book) and it’s great. It covered everything that I studied already on and he gives his own examples that gave me great insight on what and how I want to approach the market when I soon start trading. Would recommend to anyone knowing the bare minimum or even someone who stopped learning and wants to take the rust off. Stay disciplined everyone ❤️
Best book for begginers. Even though I am not new to Forex, I read this book just to go over the basics and I assure you it is one of the best books to read as a forex begginer.
Exactly what I needed!. I just recently started getting back into educating myself on Forex after a few years of starting and stopping. I’ve been to plenty of YouTube channels and read plenty of pieces about this subject but this book really brings everything together nicely. The author is not only very good at breaking down terminology used in the trading industry, but also does exceptionally well giving examples and real situations based off of his own experiences. Loved the book, loved the information! Definitely what I was looking for in terms of getting basic knowledge to even feel comfortable talking about trading. I recommend to anyone seriously even thinking about Forex. I’m literally about to buy his other books after this review. Thanks Jim!
