Great Read!!. This book was awesome - read it in one afternoon and literally could not put it down. Beautifully written and shockingly honest, it genuinely captures emotions in a way that catches you by surprise.

I need more of this. This book is... I can't and don't want to attempt describing it. I really enjoyed reading it, it pulls your mind and heart in many directions. Every part is exactly what you didn't know you wanted to happen. I am going to read this again. And again. Thank you author.

I Am Not Myself These Days. Darkly amusing look into an alternate lifestyle I know nothing about. Character driven memoir that is hard to put down. If it needs to be said (read) kilmer-Purcell delivers.

Tough Read. Not a tough read from the lack of writing technique, more from the "Oh God, enough already!" factor. Reading about this man's life was a test of how not to jump through the pages and make the madness stop. I know a little about drag queens and the second skin it represents. The writing was gritty and pretty, just like New York City. At once I was catapulted into the deep nightlife, I could smell the bars, then brought to a heartfelt quiet while two hearts connected over coffee and the Sunday Times. A boy in a mans body looking for squash--the comforts of home--completely out of reach, but right there. All I can say is I'm glad there was some resolve in this mans life. I hope Jack found his as well.

Amazing. I laughed, I was in love with the Jack and the romance, I cried, as the hope happy ending fads away. This is a great book, I couldn't put it down. Wish there are more books like this.

Great work!. I don't usually read books... I picked this book up at barnes and noble and got sucked in. I downloaded this on my iPad and took it everywhere with me. This book is a great story and you can visualize every page. Definitely a great read.
