Full of twists and turns. As much as I thought I had figured out the plot, I admit I was surprised...an easy read that kept me going!

Smartly written. Exciting twist that you don’t see coming! Great writing style that grips your attention!

Good read. A bit confusing with so many characters and timelines. But improves as you get into it. Recommended to friends but they stopped reading it because of all the f bombs.

About child abductions. If I’d realized that I wouldn’t have downloaded it but it was a good read.

Enjoyable. Ms. Carpenter’s writing style far surpasses that of other free books online. I was kept captivated, stimulated and truly began to feel for her characters. A very enjoyable read that I did not want to end. Bravo!

Interesting but bad ending. I was interested enough to get through the book but nothing very exciting even happened.... and the ending is extremely boring it let me down after 700 pages

So much is good about this book.... Very good character development...I really 'bonded' with them. I truly was gob smacked at the twists...rare for me. Perhaps the best thing about it was that she took the time to complete the whole story. So often I feel like as soon as the big reveal, there is a rush to end the book. Publisher's deadlines or bored with the process? I don't know, but this denouement is very satisfying. My only negative....lots and lots and lots and lots of unnecessary F-words pepper the whole book...loses any impact it might have and adds nothing. All in all...an engaging read.

Great twists.. One more chapter would have been great!!
