A lesson in what authors should not do.. This book was terribly hard to read. First the author keeps bouncing back and forth between past and present tense. Then the spelling and names of the characters keeps changing. The editing is sadly lacking, and to top it all off the story is uninspired and rushed. The best thing about it is it was free, but I wish I could get a refund on the time I spent reading it.

Ok…. Seems like a good book but the flow to sex is almost non existent.

Elementary. This is terrible. I can’t make it past the first chapter. The verb tense keeps changing. Prepositional phrases are left hanging. Some sentences are incomplete. The flow of the story is choppy and unnatural. I can read almost anything. But not this.

Disappointing. From the description, I thought this would be a good dragon-shifter book but I was wrong. For one, the author shifted between past and present tense (often in the same sentence) enough to bring on a good case of whiplash. Then there were grammatical errors to distract the reader from even the best laid plots. Aside from a complete re-write, I honestly cannot see any favorable reviews for this book.

Needed work. This book has potential to be great! But the writer did a lot of the narrative and was to into setting the scene she didn’t let it play out. Seemed forced.

Needs a better editor. Fix your verb tenses! You changed narrative styles paragraph to paragraph.

Sloppy writting. The storyline is good but it is poorly told. The narration is distant and jumps from one person to another every few sentences. It does not flow and just when you get a hint of depth into a character it stiffens back up again. I could not get beyond the first hundred pages.

Nice mythical romance. I enjoyed reading this book. Specialty because it's a stand alone story. There were a few grammar mistakes and a repeat of the same describing phrases, next to the beginning of a new paragraph. Nevertheless I was a fun story.

Needs work. I am sorry but this needs some serious work. As a teacher I found it extremely difficult to read due to tense mix up and sentence structure. You have the basis of a good story but it needs fleshing out to provide better context and reason for character behaviour. To be a great story you need to at least double the words so that the audience is more involved in the characters decisions and understands the feelings that lead to their choices. Good luck in future endeavours.

Storyline. I like your storyline but I found the tense you wrote in difficult to read. I always enjoy books that talk from the perspective of the character.

Slow down a bit. The story line was great and I loved the romance in it but I think you may have sped it up a bit, they seemed to get together real quick and things that should have a bit more detail were kinda rushed but otherwise it was a great book and I loved reading it.

Needs work. Quite a few mistakes in this book. Including Tori turning to Tory for nearly a whole chapter. An ok story though.

Proofreading and editing needed. Could have been a really good story but there are too many grammatical errors. The errors are so many that the are distracting. Unfortunately could not finish the book.

Good story but changing perspective/tenses got frustrating. It’s a good story however the author kept changing from past to present tense and the viewpoint from which the story was told. Made it a frustrating read. Definitely needs more editing.

A dragon’s Heart. Enjoyed this novel! The love of Aladain for Tori was beautifully portrayed.
