Amazing!!!!!!!. It was such a beautiful story, addressing real life issues and pains. I loved every page!!!! Thank you for writing such an amazing book! Definitely a must read!!!
"The Shape of You" defines attitudes, ultimatums.... What defines YOU? In your own consciousness! how do YOU define yourself? In others, standing aside you, how do they define YOU? Felice Stevens writes about Eric and Corey, two young men attending an initial weight program, since they'd sat next to each other, they became each other's mutual support pairing; complete opposites, their friendship shares their lonely solitude, low self esteem, progressing into a relationship of a strong full-filling bond. A wonderful pair to follow in their initial instincts of each other, a fear of acceptance - developing into a mutual dependence supporting each other's strength.
The shape of you. I bought this bkz I love, love, loved the cover and the blurb sounded good. Unfortunately, I felt it just didn’t measure up. I found the MCs hot but whiny, the plot over done with too many unnecessary side trails (Cory’s mother, Eric’s uncle) and the actual writing awkward and overdone. I skimmed the last 1/3 bkz by then I just didn’t care anymore.
