Enjoyable read. This is a very fast paced story. The characters are well developed and I found myself unable to put it down because I had to know what was happening next. I have enjoyed all the books in this series so far. I like how they are interconnected, but can be read alone without making holes in the story.
Forty thieves. This is an unusual take on the forty thieves. Set in Demelza’s world, Melisende is kind of a Joan of Arc, but in hiding. Mithra has his own troubles. I always enjoy the realm created by Demelza Carlton.
