When Maddie discovers an old oil painting by the original owner’s wife, she unlocks the secret of the farm’s history and quickly realises she must start getting her hands dirty if this very special place is going to have any chance of survival. As she and Seth begin working together, the stunning view from the top of the hill is not the only thing that’s leaving her breathless…
After weeks of hard work the dream looks like it might become a reality, until a secret from Maddie’s past threatens to snatch it all away again. Can Maddie find a way to save the business and herself? Will she finally find a place to keep her heart within the crumbling walls of the little cottage on the hill?

The Little Cottage on the Hill. New author for me. English writers seem to know how to tell a story to keep me interested. A clean story with only kissing. Enjoy.
The Little. Outage on the Hill. Just a feel good book with lovely characters that you want to succeed in having a good and happy life.
Love this. This read was so good! The author put time in to finish out the story and follow through with all of the details! I couldn’t stop reading this! The ending made me so happy! If all of this series was free I would read it! If I’m ever in a place where I can spend money on books then I will be definitely buying more.
A nice story. This book was interesting, There were several stories going on at the same time.. They did all come together towards the end, but I would have liked a different ending. The last few chapters were well written, and I couldn’t put it down. The beginning was scattered, with all the different characters.

Enjoyable. Easy read, enjoyed getting to know the character’s, nice feel good story.
A lovely story. A lovely story of kind caring people working together. It is not sickly sweet, tempers fray and arguments happen but never in spiteful, hurtful ways.
Slow start but loved it soon after. I struggled with the first few chapters because the main character was rather unlikeable. I think her transformation could have been subtler but the book was much better after that and turned into a lovely story.
