Cyborg. Fever- The Colony #5. Grace Goodwin - Cyborg Fever (Interstellar Brides: The Colony Book 5) Warlord Anghar is an Atlan who has been a secondary character in previous books, both courageous, loyal and sexy as hell it is awesome that he got his own story. Leading a frustrating life on The Colony where “tainted” warriors that had been captured and altered by the Hive are forced to live, Angh has resigned himself to spend his time fighting in the “Pit”. His despair is further fueled by the lack of the Interstellar Bride program not finding him a mate and he had tested several years ago. If an Atlan goes unmated it will eventually lead to him shifting into his “Beast” (all Atlans can shift into a beast form). Kira is an earth woman and a dedicated instructor at the Academy. She is also secretly part of the Coalition’s Intelligence. Kira loves her job and her ability to help save the many lives of those fighting The HIve. Kira is easy to like and admire, a sassy woman who knows what and who she wants and has no problem her sexuality. As an instructor Kira is occasionally on The Colony for training assignments. Kira decides to attend a fight at the Pit when she sets her eyes on the giant sexy Atlan, she is even curious about what his beast will be like. He’s mesmerizing and when the Angh looks up from the fight his beast is awakened, it has found its’ mate. Their first meeting will make fans of this series bodies tingle, it is a very erotic steamy sci-fi romance adventure that fits in well with the story. Their book storyline continues with spies, intrigue, danger, heart wrenching situations, heroism, humor and excitement. Fans of this authors Interstellar Bride series will be thrilled with this addition and it is always special when the warriors from The Colony find an HEA.

Cyborg Fever. This is the 5th book in the Colony series & I’ve enjoyed all 5 of them- all the characters have their own interesting stories yet often intertwined with not just those in The Colony but often with others in Grace Godwin’s Interstellar Brides Program ‘s series of books. I’m at various stages within all the series within her Interstellar books- but for now I’m going onto “Rogue Cyborg”, book #6 in the “Interstellar Brides Program: The Colony”- & I’ve no doubt that I’ll be loving it!

Duty before happiness?. This book brought out all the feels. Laughter, tears, and everything in between. Can they have happiness for themselves, or should they put the lives of thousands of soldiers before the 2 of them? Kira is an instructor at the Coalition Academy, but is also a member of the Intelligence Core and human. When she sees Warlord Anghar fighting, she knows he’s something special and while she wants more than just a one night stand, that’s all she’s able to give. Until Angh’s mating fever begins, that is. Will fate bring them together and allow them to stay as mates or will their commitments and honor tear them apart? Holy smokes, this book was intense! The emotions felt really raw, both with their honor bound duties, but also their despair, their love, their passion, and their commitment to helping others as well as to each other! Kira was such a warrior, having her own set of rules and pride, but I loved how she submitted everything to Angh. Angh was the perfect Atlan male, loving, supportive, dominant, beastly... swoon worthy! Everything he does is with his mate in mind. I loved that this book picked up aspects of previous books, such as events and characters, but had new plot lines to add and I already can’t wait to read the next Interstellar Brides book! I highly recommend this book and series!

Another great beauty & the “beast”!. I love ALL of Grace Goodwin’s Interstellar Bride series, but I’m partial to Atlan beast stories. Another great installment to the Colony series (but can be read alone w/o having to know the others). She usually has me on pins & needles trying to figure out how shes going to work out the drama/dilemma and creates such a story I finish it in less than a day. Then I am forced to reread past books while I wait on her next release!

Angh the Atlan doesn’t disappoint!. I absolutely LOVED how Angh’s character was written. I’m a sucker for Atlan’s anyway, but he was extra special. I felt him, his struggle, his selflessness, his desire to be loved & give love in kind. There was one point in the story where I got a little choaked up, I just wanted to hug him. I kept thinking, this man has been through so much....now this??? I also enjoyed how Kira is brought into his life, a little different than what us series regulars are use to, but I liked the slight change up. I don’t want to spoil anything for anyone so I’m not giving anything away, but I actually was worried this was going to swing another way and I kept saying ‘no, no, please no’. Grace is an incredibly descriptive storyteller who really puts depth in her characters. If you haven’t read the entire Interstellar Bride’s Series’s and it’s spin offs, you need to start at the beginning. Stories can be stand alone, but from the beginning you get to see the characters, how they move forward into other books. How their lives progress. How new characters are introduced and you get a tease of who is potentially going to have the next story in the series. Karter perhaps????Hummmmmm.... 😉 Thank you Grace for the BEST SERIES EVER!

Hot cyborg.... Grace Goodwin books are just so hot...and this one just burns. Usually our brides/mates go through an interstellar bride register but Kira and Angh were in the right place to meet and become lovers. Angh is a Atlan cyborg and Kira a captain with the intelligence core and they must find a way to be together in a interstellar war with the enemy the Hive... This book is a great easy read and I found I couldn’t stop reading so it cost me a nights rest...it was well worth it.

An amazing read. Every time I read one of Grace Goodwins books I am transported to another world that cherishes the women that enter their worlds, and this is another book that keep me up till the wee hours of the morning with love, lust, and a whole lot more and what’s not to love about an alien warlord that is your mate and perfect of you. Sign me up !. So in this book Kira Dahl is a coalition academy training officer teaching new cadets how to stay alive against the hive but she is also a intelligence core operative or IC and leave on secret missions all the time. Going to the colony planet to train in the caves, while on some down time they all head the the fighting Pitts to watch and that’s where she meets Ahghar the Atlan warlord sentenced to the colony after being saved from the Hive but not before they put implants in his body so when he sees her he knows that she is his mate and much have her at all costs. What will happen now and does it all work out. Get the answers in this fantastic book you will love it just as I have with them all.
