Great. Marie James out did herself!! This book had me hook line and sinker from the beginning! Axton was swoon worthy country singer trying to make it big... Adelaide is sweet southern peach raised in a strict home. When these two seemingly complete opposites meet it's explosive! My emotions ranged from my heart shredded to hot and bothered, with everything in between. Great story telling!! Excellent as always!!

Angst Romance. What if you meet the right person at the wrong time in your life? What if you feel they should not be the right person? What if you aren’t ready? Can you make it work? Can you sacrifice for it? A story of angst and drama appropriate for the age of the characters in Macon. They felt very real and honest to me. The steam factor was still there but much drama tiger there. Hope you enjoy Macon.

Macon. Loved this story! Marie James has a hit with this! Adelaide try's to guard her heart from getting broke by up and coming country singer Axton. A ton knew the moment he saw Adelaide broke down on the side of the deserted road that she had his heart. Now if he could just prove to her that he was the one for her.

Love... love.. love... I really loved this novel....it is true love story, that could really happen ....boy meets girl, real life happens, it is reality, choices are made, What I love about this novel, see the path the characters take with their choices...sadness and regret, happiness and laughter, persistence pays off. Loved!!!

This book is an absolute must read. This book had me on the edge of my seat from the start to the finish, my anxiety levels were running at an all time high as Axton and Addi had my head spinning. Your emotions run all over as these two struggle with the attraction that they have to each other. Axton a typical bad boy who loves to sin and Addi the pure good girl who is letting her head rule over her heart. This story at times made me want to wish on a falling star to be able to jump inside this book and shake some sense into these two but mainly Addi. Axton stole my heart even though at times his actions made you want to kick his behind. This book is the ultimate love story of what one man will do to prove not only his love but his worth even if it means he may never get his forever. If you haven't put this on your list to read you need to do it now as I promise you this book will show you that love isn't perfect and doesn't always run smoothly but when you find that person that you need to breathe giving up is never an option.

Sweet read. A sweet love story all told. Loved the passion from a few key characters, less loving of the swaying emotions and lack of open mindedness and trust issues. An enjoyable Marie James novel but not one I was passionate about myself.
