the book was okay. the book wasn’t too bad and wasn’t too good but it was okay enough to finish reading. At times I got very confused on what was happening but I like how it dealt with multiple aspects of mental health and sexuality. I loved the characters and some of the memories she had or her dad saving her.

Indescribable for a wordless fool like me.. This book…this story…it speaks to me on levels some can’t understand. The broken reality, the disbelief, the heartbreak and confusion; the love and hope that ties it all together in the end… knowing nothing will be perfect, but here and now is what matters. Side note: I’m not a reader, it’s hard for me to get in to books, but from the second I read the sample, to the very last page, I couldn’t put it down. Read it in three days bc work and social life got in the way haha. It’s very light hearted in a way and so charming and intertwining. The humor is just right for me and every single thing about this book keeps me going on many levels. It’s amazing to have something to relate to and make my experiences feel more valid and true. Something to relate to…I love you Helen fox and I would love to meet you one day; to speak about what made you write this and is it from personal experiences that you know these things? I used to want to be a writer myself one day…this inspires me greatly to write, and I already have just a few minutes ago before I finished your book… :) thank you so much and good job for all of your time and effort and emotions and love and everything else that went in to this. Incredible book 100% Recommend. This book left me in total awe. Helena Fox tells an amazing story about a girl with mental illness and describes it in such a beautiful way that after reading it, i cried because the story was over. I would not recommend someone going through their life without reading this book. If I could describe it in 3 words it would be phenomenal, incredible, and beautiful. Thank you Helena Fox for blessing the world with this book.
