Funny and all the feels!. 4.5 Stars! I great book where opposites attract! Lots of humor, heat, and I loved how these two quirky characters found their way. I love that the setting is in Las Vegas and certain phrases always made me smile and rang true in my own life. I love how there are life lessons in this book too! How many don't do "touristy" things in their own backyard, don't judge someone based upon their age/income, and how opposites can and do attract. Cute and fun, this is a fantastic summer read!

Griffin 😍😍. The Shacking Up series is back! I have loved getting to know this family, everything about them is fun and I end up having a new favorite couple with each story. Cosy and Griffin are no different and their story is seriously perfection. Everything about these two is amazing. They are an unlikely couple, but that made me love them even more.Their meeting is unusual, but it totally fits them. Everything about these two says "opposite" but that is what made them even more unique. Griffin's determination to make Cosy's his had me swooning. Griffin and Cosy seriously needed each other, they just didn't realize it. I loved getting back to the Mills family. I was just what I needed to get out of my book funk!

Cosy and Griffin are Love. Helena Hunting never disappoints with her amazing stories and characters. Cosy and Griffin are no exception, Cosy is quirky and unapologetic about who she is. She’s completely confident in her own skin. Griffin is sexy and sweet and a little bit awkward. He sticks his foot in his mouth a lot but you have to forgive him! Their meet Cute in chapter one is adorable and lets you know from the beginning, you’re going to love this couple. Helena gave us a couple of angst causing twists but it’s alk delivered with her signature humor. I’ve loved all of the Shacking Up books but Cosy and Griffin have now moved to the top of my favorite list. Don’t miss it, I promise you’ll love it!

A Blissful Read. Griffin and Cosy are an amazing pair. Their story begins in an adult toy store when he’s in charge of gag gifts for a bachelor party and she’s the sales associate who helps him. He’s definitely out of his element and terribly embarrassed while she’s highly amused and gleeful at the commission she’s going to make on this sale. Cue instant attraction. This is a very romantic and sometimes angsty courtship with a swoon worthy hunk and a spirited beauty, and one that you’ll want to read again and again.

This story is guaranteed to make you swoon.. "I can't risk falling for someone temporary. I can enjoy this time with him. He can be a fairy-tale chapter in my life." Truthfully, all I had to see was the author's name on the sexy book cover, but after reading the synopsis I was very intrigued to get my hands on this latest standalone in the Shacking Up series. And I must say, it was even better than I anticipated. Cosy is my latest girl crush. She's sweet, funny and very laid back. She takes life as it comes and is not upset if things don't move quickly. She's impulsive and adapts to whatever life throws at her. Her job at the adult toy store pays the bills but it's not her dream career. Though when sex in a suit walks through the door needing help with gag gifts for a bachelor party she's not complaining about being there to assist. She's used to being the eye candy, but this time she lucked out and got a treat for herself. Griffin is embarrassed to reveal his sex toy shopping list to the beautiful sales girl. He knows she probably thinks he's a pervert and won't ever consider dating him. But he can't stop thinking about her. What will it take for her to give him a chance? This story is guaranteed to make you swoon. There's sweet and sexy, fun and flirty, secrets and surprises, mysteries and misunderstandings, and best of all love and laughter. I loved it and I know you will too.

Cosy & Griffin deliver sexy fun!. Griffin never expects that he will need to visit a sex shop for his friend’s bachelor party but what really surprises him is Cosy, the store associate that helps him with his shopping list. Cosy is a breath of fresh air, she knows what she wants and is going for it which includes college and random trips to go explore the country. She loves to travel without a plan and just experience life. For Griffin, this is a challenge while being invigorating. He loves her approach to life and openness that she shares with him. When he ventures back for a date, will Cosy break the rule of not dating customers? Cosy is attracted to Griffin, he is sexy and smooth yet a little unsure of himself. She never expects him to return so will she take a risk when he does? I had so much fun with this couple. Cosy keeps Griffin on his toes, well she kept me on my toes, I never knew what she was going to say next and her perspective on life is endearing. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

Great Book!. Making up was a fabulous romantic comedy and a great addition to the Shacking Up series! Once again Helena show you, she has a way with words that will have you captivated!

Age is Just a Number. These Mills men have put a spell on me! I fell in love with Bane first, and then Lex, and I was so excited when Helena Hunting announced that enigmatic Griffin would be getting a book as well. Making Up was such a sexy and sweet age gap romcom. This is book 4 in the Shacking Up series, but it can definitely be enjoyed as a standalone. Bane has always been my favorite, but Griffin might have *just* eclipsed him. Griffin has been dealt a pretty terrible hand and his confidence and ego have taken a bruising, but I loved his vulnerable side as much as his alpha possessiveness. He was the perfect amount of sweet and sexy and his chemistry with Cosy was off the charts! Even though they both initially have reservations about the more than a decade age difference, Griffin needed someone just like vibrant Cosy to heal his jaded heart. She's the soft curves to his sharp edges. Yes, sometimes her youthfulness showed, but in some ways she was also much more mature than her 22 years. The build up between them was so delectable and the foreplay alone almost set my kindle on fire! Making Up was filled with Helena Hunting's signature humor and wit. Those laugh out loud "is she really going to go there?" moments are what make me love her romcoms so much! I also enjoyed catching glimpses of several of my Shacking Up series favorites (*swoon* Bane) and getting to know Lincoln better. The story flowed well, but was a little cliche and predictable with some of the drama, especially regarding Griffin's ex, Imogen. I appreciated that it was resolved just as quickly as it appeared though and the little twist at the end was a great way to pull the series together. The epilogue left me with a dopey grin on my face and I'm excited for Lincoln's story next in Handle With Care! *I voluntarily read an advance review copy of this book*

Fantastic Read!. I have yet to read a Helena Hunting book I didn’t absolutely love. Cosy and Griffin were fantastic, both hurt from past relationships, both finding their own ways to deal with what life threw at them. From the start, their time together was perfect, a slow build to something that warmed my heart. I loved them both, individually and as they came together. With more than a decade between them, their various ways of dealing with life wasn’t a big surprise, but it was so on key with how they should have been. Cosy was young and fun and unwilling to settle in one place, Griffin was older and wiser, though impulsive and different because of the way his family’s fortune allowed him to live. These two were so sweet, and I was pulling for them through everything that was thrown at them. Another fantastic book I’m so glad I was able to read!

Adorable. A non spoiler review..... I adored this book and this couple, they were awkward yet refreshing. This was such a fun loving light read with all the little perks that happened along the way. There is no way you won’t fall in love with these two. Her quirkiness made this book. Cosy is such a different kind of character you won’t help but root for her. Read this book it’s one you won’t be able to put down and will keep you smiling from ear to ear.

Griffin and Cosy are GOALS. As mentioned in my review of Shacking Up, I knew I wanted to read them, but I wanted to sit down and read uninterrupted. So when the opportunity arose, I sat down and read this one, cover to cover, in 3 hours... then I sat down and read the next one cover to cover in another three hours. 48 hours later, I read all five books in the series so far, this one included (two days after it was released). I love Helena Hunting's writing style, but this book particularly did it for me because she added a bunch of layers that are not typical in a romance novel. There's romance (duh!) but I've never read a book that incorporated romance in the Grand Canyon, there's betrayal, and love, and broken-hearts, and lots of travel with I love. Cosy and Griffin go through an emotional ride, but every page of this book is worth it for the amazing ending. Additionally, Hunting brought in supporting characters that I am dying to get to know more about! Hopefully, I will in future books...

Hot, steamy read. This is part 4 of the Shacking Up series, but can be read as a stand alone. Griffin Mills is the oldest Mills brother and he works for the family Hotel empire. He has recently broken off his engagement and is in Las Vegas for work. Griffin wonders into a sex shop in Las Vegas to get gag gifts for a bachelor party where he meets Cosy. Cosy works at the shop while she is finishing her degree in Hotel Management. Griffin is extremely embarrassed, and Cosy decides to flirt with the hot guy to increase her sale. Two weeks go by and Griffin shows up at the shop to ask Cosy out. Normally Cosy wouldn’t go out with a customer, but Griffin charms her. I loved both Griffin and Cosy, and while they were very different people they worked together. This is a fun, steamy read that is perfect for beach or poolside reading. I received an ARC of this book from the author for my honest review.

Perfect fit. From the awkward and funny first encounter, Making Up is a roller coaster ride of drama, heat & adventure. Cosy the free spirited college student and Griffin the sexy older executive shouldn’t make sense, but together they just fit. Seeing how sweet & attentive Griffin is makes him one of Helena Hunting’s most endearing heroes. Looking forward to reading cousin/best friend Lincoln’s story next.

Loved it. I just adore a sweet and swoony romance and I can always count on Helena to deliver just that. Making up was the perfect amount of funny, sexy and angsty. A feel good romance trifecta if you will. Both Griffin and Cosy were charming. I loved their quirky banter and the overwhelming chemistry they had. Cosy is exactly the kind of heroine I like to read about, she’s funny, confident and focused on what she wants. I loved the take on her past romances. She’s not exactly an innocent but she’s not naive about things either. I know people love the bad boys in romance, I however tend to love the good guys in books. Griffin was such a great character. He was romantic, respectful and he fell hard for Cosy. His past has left his heart a little bruised, but he never stopped trying to show Cosy how much he cared for her, or how important she was to him. This one gets all of the heart eyes from me. Opposites attract is always such a fun trope to read and with Huntings fabulous spin, it is easily a new favorite.

Hilarious!!. You know a book is going to be hilarious when it open in a sex toy shop and Making Up definitely did not disappoint!! Griffin and Cosy's story was so funny!! Age gap isn't usually my jam but I thought this book was everything!!! The connection between these two was pretty instant considering their weird first meeting: her working at a sex toy shop, him buying a bunch of weird stuff for a bachelor party. I snort laughed my way through this entire book but there was definitely some angst that balanced this story perfectly. Even though Making Up is the 4th book in the Shacking Up series, I definitely think it can be read as a standalone but you need Bane, Lex, and Pierce in your life. If you've read the first three books in this series then you know that Armstrong is the actual worst. Making Up made me hate him even more and wish that he would just fall off the face of the Earth. He has to get his comeuppance sooner or late but I'd really like it to be sooner. Fingers crossed it happens in Handle with Care!!!

Fun, Sweet & Sexy!. This was a fantastic romantic comedy. Fun, sweet, sexy filled with LOL moments, and packed with hilariously awkward moments, drama, romance, love and a sizzling chemistry that jumps off the pages. This story quirky charm pulls you in and doesn’t let you go until the last page. These two are complete opposites but do they work well together. Cosy is a young vibrant, sassy, smart, twenty-two year old, who is still in college and working part-time at a sex toy warehouse. She has never had a serious relationship and really doesn’t want one. Griffin is in his early thirty’s and has just come out of a serious relationship. He comes from a wealthy family that is in the hotel business. His time in Las Vegas is limited and will be leaving soon. But Griffin is taken by Cosy’s beauty and her upbeat personality she is everything that he needs and wants. But even though Cosy is attracted to him she is reluctant about seeing him because of their age difference. They finally agree to keep it simple and they take it slow. But the drama, they must deal with seems to be never ending, and before they both know it, they have fallen. I loved watching them fall, and so will you! Don’t pass this book by! This Book Makes Me SO Happy!. Okay, romance lovers, can you keep a secret? Although I have happily promoted Helena Hunting and her books for a very long time, MAKING UP is actually the first book of hers that I have read. Yes, it's true... *ducks and runs* Why, I don't know, because now I am now kicking myself and wondering what in the actual heck I was thinking. As this was my first time in Helena World (see above), I wondered whether the book would work for me. Let me offer a resounding 'YES!' This book can totally be read as a standalone, and, while characters from other books do make an appearance, there's plenty of back story offered here for it to make sense. And, you know, whet our appetites to get the heck caught up with the rest of the Shacking Up world. MAKING UP is just the kind of book that I want to find on my book pile again and again and again. What a delightful read this book was! I fell in insta-love with both Cosy and Griffin, and absolutely inhaled their story. Awkward, sexy, funny, these two are a match made in heaven, and seeing them get from start to finish could not have been more fun. Any book that can leave me with a smile on my face and a love for characters that will have me reading the author's other books is a win for me. 4.5 stars and a must-read recommendation for MAKING UP. Get it. Read it. Love it.

A fantastic read!. I devoured this read. I really enjoyed this age-gap forbidden storyline with a few twists. I was hooked from the beginning with Cosy and Griffin‘s banter. Their chemistry is scorching hot and I didn’t want to put it down. Definitely a must read in this series. I highly recommend this book.

Fun Entertaining Read. I have to start by saying it’s great to be back in the Shacking Up world and once again Helena Hunting has given us an great entertaining read that I’m sure you will all love. Making Up is full of witty banter, sizzling chemistry and characters that you can’t help falling in love with. Cozy is the quirky fun loving sales assistant at the local Adults only shop and Griffin Mills is the eldest sibling of the Mills hotelier family who has been left in charge of picking up the gag gifts for his friends bachelor party and that’s where the fun begins .......this couple may be like chalk and cheese but opposites attract and the attraction between these two is instant, the chemistry sizzling and banter witty. As you would expect from this author the road to true love is never easy and there are a few twists and turns along the way which will leave you holding your breath as you try to work out what now !!! The laugh out loud moments mixed with just the right amount of love, passion and drama make this a great entertaining read that I highly recommend.

An entertaining, heartfelt story!. Making Up had everything in the story that kept my attention, witty banter, sizzling chemistry and characters that were a lot of fun to read about. I loved Cosy, she has a unique name as well as what she does for a living. She's different, young and quirky but also a really caring person. Enter Griffin, he's a bit secretive but a whole lot of charming in a rather hot package. When these two meet, the chemistry is off the charts and despite a difference they get along famously, with her snark and his brawn, they are quite the match. There is of course a lot of drama, so many laughs to be had and some moments where you think to yourself, oh no what will happen??? I really really enjoyed reading it so much so I finished it on a day. The author definitely has a knack for writing entertaining but also heartfelt stories. Loved it!!

Sweet, Sexy, Fun, and Romantic!. This was my first Helena Hunting's book, and won't be my last. This is the fourth book in the Shacking Up Series. Cosy and Griffin's story is sweet, fun, sexy, and romantic, filled with twists and turns. They are both such great characters and I loved their story. The ending is beautiful. This story is beautifully written and captivating. I enjoyed my reading, and highly recommend it. Now, I'm looking forward to read the other books in the Series.
