Great!. I loved this book. It keeps you well entertained and guessing till the end. However it was quite slow to pick up the pace. Great book overall though definitely recommend!

Good Read. Lots of names to remember, but storyline is quick, interesting, and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend if you’re new (or old) to the mystery genre!

Five stars. This book was so intricately plotted that it had me on my seat literally reading every chapter waiting to see what would happen next it’s an action packed book something new happens in every chapter pippa is a great detective and there’s always something new to find. The story follows pippa in third person and I normally don’t read third person books but this one was fantastic the way the narrator tells the life of pippa and the way she is and the other characters in the book. Overall the writing style was 10/10. The plot is so so good. Roughly it’s about the senior pippa fitz amobi doing her capstone project on the disappearance of Andie bell and her alleged murdered and boyfriend sal singh but pippa doesn’t believe this. When she goes hunting for answers though it seems that someone in town doesn’t want her snooping and digging up answers. It’s thrilling and very entertaining to read highly recommend!!

Great Read—Despite Having Some Predictable Steps. When I first started “A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder” I was captivated by its presentation. A Nancy Drew-esque protagonist decides to make a hometown murder whose case was closed-to-soon her senior capstone project. Being honest I did quite enjoy this page-turner as I was captivated to see what plot point would come next. With that being said, I yield from providing a full five-star review as there are quite a few tropes in this story that are all too common for Young Adult whodunnits nowadays—many that lead to this story feeling semi-reminiscent to the Pretty Little Liars series. I am eager to dive into the rest of the series to see what is to come for Pip, and her kindly-written sidekick Ravi.

Gripping thriller with a twist. Hands down one of the best books I’ve read in the last few years. It doesn’t drag on, has a good pace, and you get to be so involved that you’ll feel compelled to take your own notes. Just when you think you’ve got it figured out Holly Jackson throws you for another loop. The plot twist are perfectly timed and don’t leave you confused. I can’t wait to read the sequel.

Favorite book!. Okay this is going to be long but just hang on for a little! First thing, this book is my absolute favorite book so far! The character development is outstanding. You have to read the other books in the trilogy to see more of Pip and the others in order to get a better grasp of her life and her passion but overall in the first book they were amazing. My friend read this book too and she said it was a little hard to keep track of the characters so just keep that in mind while reading. Second, I love this book so much it took me less than a week to finish and maybe one and a half weeks to finish both the first and second book. (Good girl, bad blood-2) the third took me a week and a half to finish because it was a lot to process. Last but not least, definitely keep a tissue box next to you because I cried at least 5 times! So grab a drink and a blanket and get cozy cause this book sends you on a emotional roller coaster! Make sure to look up the trigger warnings before reading but other than that get ready to follow Pip on the biggest mystery in Fairview!

A Good Girls Guide to Murder. its actually so good like i didnt even like reading and then i came across this book and thats all i do now, its very interesting especially if u like a mystery. i definitely recommend this book and its trilogy, the second book is ‘Good Girl Bad Blood’

it wasn’t that bad. maybe is because the prota is a teen but her actions and others were predictable also the way everything was going her way made the reading a bit boring but still good edit: just recently heard that the original one (Uk version) is more detailed and the prota isn’t annoying as this one, so i’ll read the whole serie

Not a fan of reading but…. WOW! Was not expecting the twist- at ALL!! I was so confident in my prediction but Holly Jackson proved me so wrong. Reading this was just as fun as watching a movie… may I say better? Definitely getting the sequel.

Good but hard to keep up. It’s a good book but over 25 characters and their relationship to the story were introduced within the first three chapters. Way too much at one time. The next time a character was mentioned, I forgot their relationship to another one and had to go back and find where they introduced them. Overall, not impressed. I do not get the hype.

Hard to put down!. Such a fun and enticing read! Great characters and winding plot, I finished it pretty fast. I was trying to follow the clues too and I did not expect the ending, it really did feel like listening to the Serial podcast. Also, one of the last chapters had such a beautifully descriptive and creative section in it (definitely my favorite writing part of the whole thing). Awesome YA mystery story! I could see it as a show or something for sure.

Jaw-dropping. I can not begin to describe the hold this book series has on me. I have no idea where to start. This is so beautifully written and I truly do recommended it to anyone searching for a good thriller series.

amazing, such a great book. the writing is just impeccable, and the storyline is amazing. lots of disturbing and weird topics, so i wouldn’t recommend this for anyone under 12. But if youre really interested in murder mystery’s (like me) i would really recommend this series. it’s amazing, a perfect 10/10. a beautiful, sad story. second half was so good. it started off kind of plain to me because pip was just getting clues and stuff but the last half of it was so good so if you don’t like it at first just keep reading trust me

Addictive!!. Absolutely loved this book! It took me a couple days to finish because I couldn’t put it down at all. I highly recommend everyone should read at least once to understand the addiction. If you loved Veronica Mars and Nancy Drew then this book is for you!!
