Great recipes for anyone on keto. I liked the fact that lots of these recipes have ingredients that are already in your kitchen. Can’t wait to try the chicken enchilada bowl.
Needs colorful pictures badly. I wish it had colorful pictures of the prepared recipes, dishes, ingredients, the exercises, of Chiquis, anything ... just to get me tempted, but instead the pages are so plain and boring.
