A Must Read. I definitely have problems of getting stuck in my head and worrying constantly, I heard about this book on a podcast I listen to. I am so glad I gave it a shot. This book really helped me see things for a different perspective and realize it’s not something wrong with me, it’s the enemy trying to distance me and distance me from my God, and what’s worse is I’m letting him get away with it!! I love how he puts humor and his own experiences into it, and I love the assignments we are suppose to do at the end of every chapter. This book had me thinking hard and digging deep into my emotions and feelings also had me laughing at some points. I’m so glad I decided to read this one, now that I’m finished I’m looking to see what other books he’s written. But if your an over thinker or a worrier like me I definitely think you should give this book a try

Meh. Too religious

Very helpful tools & Relatable!. Thank you Pastor for being transparent & opening your heart & personal examples in this book. It allows the reader to not feel alone in their journey with God as we do a lot of admin work to get the spiritual component to serve others. I love the exercises at the end of every chapter, it allows you to think deeper to apply what was taught. I recommend this book to anyone, especially church leaders who do so much to serve others , & can feel overwhelmed at times. This book points you back to God through examples that are relatable & applicable to anyone’s life. This is a book I will come back to again. Thank you so much Pastor Craig.

Outstanding. This book really spoke to me and has helped me get over some difficult times in my mind. I Thank the Holy Spirit for using you Craig to write such an amazing book. I’m able to walk and live with a clearer mind. The many verses you used from God’s Word are very helpful and how you used them to create the healthy pathways has helped me. I was able to grasp His Word and use your book to apply that to my own life.

Good mix of Bible and science. Good mix here of Biblical truths and scientific methodologies that anyone can use. Not too “religious,” even though this was written by a pastor. If you want a little less “religion,” take a listen to the leadership podcast by Pastor Craig. There’s something to be said when groundbreaking brain science falls inline with Scripture. God is good!
