Tempted. Good read with lots of sex. Lol

🐺🐺. It’s been awhile since I’ve read a wolf shifter book, and what a way to jump back in 😍 Not just one sexy wolf🐺, but two 🐺. Wade and Landry, while trying to protect their land and their wolves (both kinds) from a female wolf biologists, figure out that the beautiful human is their mate. Caitlyn, always fascinated with wolves, is completely taken with the big, strong all-that men that seem to want her as much as she wants them. And when she finds out their secret, it makes a perfect kinda sense. It wasn’t all easy, but in the end, it’s perfect.

Overall, I enjoyed the read!. Overall I enjoyed the read. It took me a few chapters to get into it. I think that this is because the beginning of the story, compared to other books of Vanessa Vale’s, is somewhat repetitive. I’ve read most of her books and a lot of them have this type of ménage theme: Two men who normally share a woman, see one they want. She’s new to ménage relationships (let’s not forget spankings) and it takes a lot of twists and turns to solve a mystery, and accept & settle into the lifestyle. This particular story has the wolf shifter element, but the theme is the same. If this was one of the first books I’ve read by Vanessa Vale, I would give it four stars, which in the end I have. But because I’ve read a lot of her books, I have to say that I’m now becoming reluctant to read more. I really miss the style that this particular author exhibited in her “Small Town Romance” (Montana) series!!! IT was absolutely fabulous! Perfect balance of heat, action and love!!. Fate used her kind hand to lead Caitlyn to Wade and Landry, her scented mates. However Catlitlyn’s obsession with the research and protection of wolves could not prepare her for the twist her life was about to take. As a hard working female it was so easy to connect with Caitlyn - she is brilliant, devoted to work with an inner strength to protect what is right for herself and her work - the wolves. While naturally Wade and Landry were built to satisfy all her desires and that they did, they had a lot to learn what it means to support a mate. I loved watching a petit scientist bring these cowboys to their knees. Can’t wait for more!!
