It was ok.. It was ok.
Couldn’t put it down. Andrew Klavan is a genius. His weekly podcast is the highlight of my week, so I decided to try his latest book. I started last night and woke up throughout the night until I finished this morning. Hoping for a series! Just fantastic.
When Christmas Comes. It is all Klavan’s fault! I try to be a responsible adult. My wife expects my routine. So do my dogs . Can I keep a routine once I begin reading “a Klavan”. No. I have to read and read and read until it is done. Klavan really shouldn’t do that. He is surely breaking up families and worse than that, coming between a man and his dogs. By the way, I’m pretty sure that Andrew Klavan had hen Christmas Comes ghost written. In fact I am sure of it. The acknowledgment sections makes reference to Spencer Klavan. There is not such person. There is a “Spencer KlavanNoRelation” The book seemed so real. I fact all that same stuff happened to me too just last week.

Masterfully written and engaging. Klavan is a master of the written word as evidenced by his prior works, but this one takes it to a whole new level. He is a subtle literary genius on the level of Stephen King. This book was engaging and moving. I couldn’t put it down!
